Claims (8)
- 카본섬유사의 집합체로 이루어진 도전선;상기 도전선을 길이 방향으로 권선(捲線)하는 결속수단;상기 결속수단에 의해 권선된 도전선에 피복되는 외피층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본섬유 발열선.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결속수단은 유리섬유사의 집합체임을 특징으로 하는 카본섬유 발열선.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 유리섬유사 집합체의 직경은 0.3mm∼1mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본섬유 발열선.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 유리섬유사 집합체는 상기 도전선의 길이 방향으로 나선구조를 갖도록 권선됨을 특징으로 하는 카본섬유 발열선.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 권선된 유리섬유사 집합체는 5mm∼20mm의 피치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본섬유 발열선.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도전선은 1m당 저항값이 약 60Ω이 되도록 하기 위하여 카본섬유사의 집합체를 적어도 하나 이상 합사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카본섬유 발열선.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외피층은 실리콘임을 특징으로 하는 카본섬유 발열선.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도전선과 외피층 사이에 소정의 절연층을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 카본섬유 발열선.
