건축공사에 있어 내,외장 마감재의 일종인 석재판을 시공함에 있어 기존의 현장조립 방법은 앵글형 브라켓과 핀을 이용하여 시공함으로 인하여 마감재료인 석재판의 핀 구멍의 파손 및 내구성을 위하여 두께가 30mm-50mm 정도로, 필요이상 두껍다 . 이는 특별히 석재판이 두꺼워야 좋은 것이 아니고 시공상의 문제로 얇게 시공하지 못하는 것이다 . 이러한 중량물을 인력으로 시공함으로 인한 시공단가의 상승 및 기능공의 확보가 어려워 지는 것과 석재판이 무거워 건물의 구조에도 도움이되지 못한다. 그리고 외벽체의 마감공사 완료시점까지 가설재인 강관비계등이 설치되어 있어 토목공사등 마감도 늦어지며, 비계 해체시 까지 고급 마감재인 각각의 석재의 미세한 색깔의 조합을 확인 할 수 없는 것이 현재의 실정이다.In constructing stone plate, a kind of interior and exterior finishing material in building construction, the existing on-site assembly method uses angle brackets and pins to prevent damage and durability of the pin hole of the finishing stone plate. -50mm thicker than necessary. 본 발명은 상기한 기존 건축공법의 단점을 보완할 목적으로, 현장에서 실측된 시공 및 나누기가 가능한 크기의 단위패널을 공장에서 기성화 하여 제작 및 양생을 거쳐 현장으로 반입하여 인양장비를 이용하여 설치한다. 이는 기존의 현장조립에 비하여 품질이 균일하고 고리브라켓(130....)을 사용함으로 인해 석재판재의 두께가 10mm-30mm 정도로 얇아도 시공이 가능함으로 마감재의 중량을 경량화 할 수 있고 자재를 절약 할 수 있는 자연친화적인 공법이다. 이를 [도1]의 a의 그림처럼 구조용 각형강관(100........)으로 조립된 강관틀 위에 미리 석재판(110)에 고리홈(120)을 설치하고 접착재(140)을 이용하여 고리브라켓(130...)을 접착하고 양생한 후 [도2]의 d그림과 같이 제작된 각각의 단위 석재판을 c그림의 구성도처럼 직결피스 등의 나사 및 용접을 이용하여 구조용 각형강관(100...)으로 짜여진 틀에 고정한 후, 백업재 및 실리콘마감(150)을 하고, 현장으로 이동하여 인양장비를 이용하여 미리 설치된 구조내력벽에 설치함으로서 공사기간을 단축하고, 노동력위주의 시공방법을 기계화 함으로써 공사비를 절감 할 수 있으며 , 석재판의 재료를 절약함은 물론 외장재의 무게를 줄여 구조적으로 유리하며, 각각의 석재판의 색깔도 정확히 맞출 수 있어 가격이 비교적 비싼 마감재의 효과를 극대화 할 수 있다.The present invention is to compensate for the disadvantages of the existing construction method described above, the unit panel of the size that can be measured and divided in the field construction is ready-made at the factory and brought into the site through the manufacturing and curing to install using the lifting equipment .
