CONSTITUTION: Coupling holes are formed in the ends of mounting pipes(4,6) protruded from both sides of a suspension member(2). Flange pipes(10,12) are combined to the coupling holes. The protruded portions of the mounting pipes are fixed with the flange pipes by welding. The upper face of the mounting pipe is preferably horizontal to a body(14) to make a flange of the flange pipe contact tightly. The height of the flange is adjusted by controlling the height of the flange pipe from the mounting pipe before welding.

Description

Mounting pipe structure of car suspension member}Mounting pipe structure of car suspension member

The present invention relates to a mounting pipe structure for connecting a suspension member of an automobile to a vehicle body.

Suspension members of automobiles are formed by protruding mounting pipes on both sides thereof to an appropriate height, and being connected to the vehicle body and bolt nuts through fixing holes provided at the ends of the mounting pipes. There is a number.

That is, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-115796, as shown in Figure 3, by cutting the end of the mounting pipe 50 to form a weld plate 52 having a coupling hole on the cutting surface, the pipe bottom or flange pipe ( 54) is fixed by welding, it requires a separate seat plate in addition to the pipe, and the increase in the number of parts requires a lot of material cost, the welding surface is wide, the workability is reduced, and the labor time is increased, and the manufacturing time and manpower are increased. This leads to a decrease in productivity.

In addition, the seat plate 52 is inclined or deformed in the process of welding the cutting surface of the mounting pipe 50 or the flange pipe 54 to the seat plate 52.

In addition, the welding position of the seat plate is determined by the cutting surface of the mounting pipe, so if it fails to maintain a given height due to slight deformation during the manufacture of the mounting pipe, it cannot be cured during the welding process of the seat plate. Even if clearance is generated and it is inevitable to be dealt with, and even clearance is eliminated, it is difficult to maintain the horizontal level due to deformation of the seat due to heat of welding during welding of the seat. Many problems have been pointed out, such as stiffness deterioration and the bolt may easily loosen due to body vibration during vehicle operation, causing safety accidents.

The present invention can be expected to improve the productivity by reducing the number of parts, welding surface and the number of work in order to solve the conventional problems as described above, while being able to heal the defects due to the self-deformation of the mounting pipe and to ensure that the seat plate is always horizontal It is intended to provide a mounting pipe structure for automobile suspension members that can be welded to increase fastening stiffness and can be safely used without fear of safety accidents caused by bolt loosening.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized in that by forming a coupling hole through the mounting pipe end up and down to join the flange pipe to the coupling hole and then welded with the mounting pipe protruding to the bottom.

(14)-Body (16)-Flange

1 is a front configuration diagram of the present invention, the present invention is formed by penetrating the coupling hole (8) vertically through the end of the mounting pipe (4) (6) which is formed to protrude to the appropriate height on both sides of the suspension member (2) The flange pipes 10 and 12 are coupled to each other from the upper side of the coupling hole and welded to the flange pipes 10 and 12 to protrude to the bottom thereof.

However, at this time, the upper surface of the end of the mounting pipe (4) (6) to which the flange pipe (10) (12) is welded and fixed so that the upper surface of the flange pipe (10) (12) preferably has a plane made horizontally from the main body (14) It is desirable for the flange 16 to be in intimate contact.

However, the upper surface of the main body 14 must be flat to achieve a satisfactory result, and the coupling hole 8 is vertically formed to penetrate the flange pipe 10 and 12 so that the flange ( 16) Satisfy only if it is possible to keep level.

In addition, the flange 16 is preferably welded and fixed in a state in which the flange 16 is in contact with the upper surface of the mounting pipe 4 and 6 when the flange pipes 10 and 12 are coupled to each other. If the desired height cannot be maintained from the main body due to the deformation of), welding may be performed by protruding the flange 16 from the end of the mounting pipe 4 and 6 according to a predetermined height.

In addition, during welding of the flange pipes 10 and 12, the coupling holes 8 of the mounting pipes 4 and 6 are penetrated and welded and fixed to the mounting pipes 4 and 6 by protruding a part of the protrusions. Since the protrusions may be partially deformed by the welding heat during welding, the flange 16 retains its position without movement or deformation as the cylindrical portion passing through the coupling hole 8 is supported by the coupling hole. There is no fear that the flange 16 will tilt or deform.

In this way, the invention forms a coupling hole (8) at the end of the mounting pipe (4) (6) to join the flange pipe (10) (12) from the top and then to the mounting pipe (4) (using a protrusion projecting to the bottom) ( 6) It is possible to reduce the number of parts, the welding surface and the number of work by fixing the welding to be configured to improve the productivity, and if the height of the mounting pipes (4) and (6) is not constant, the flange pipe (10) ( Prior to welding of 12), it is necessary to adjust the height of the flange pipes 10 and 12 from the ends of the mounting pipes 4 and 6 so that the flange 16 has the desired height, thereby eliminating defects caused by the height difference. Also, even when the flange pipes 10 and 12 are welded, the flange 16 can be welded horizontally without moving or deforming the flange 16. Therefore, the flange 16 can be closely adhered to the flat part of the vehicle body when assembling the vehicle body. Bolt nut tightening It is possible to increase the rigidity, and because of this high fastening rigidity is a useful invention that can be used with confidence without fear of loosening of the bolts due to the vibration of the vehicle body during operation.
