Claims (8)
- 시간에 따라 감소하는 압력을 측정하여 다수의 전단률(plural shear rates)에 대하여 생명체의 순환 혈액의 혈구 응집률을 측정하는 장치로서 상기 장치의 구성은 다음과 같다.유동저항관;상기의 유동저항관의 한쪽 끝단에 연결되어 액체 샘플이 주입되고 저장되며 수두가 측정시간동안 일정한 샘플 저장용기;상기 유동저항관의 다른 한쪽 끝단에 연결되어 유동저항관을 통해 흘러나오는 샘플 액체를 받아 저장하며 삽입된 유동저항관이 폐샘플액 수면보다 항상 위가 유지되도록 설계된 폐샘플 저장실;폐샘플 저장실과 연결되어 대기압과의 차압을 측정하는 차압계;대기압 보다 낮은 압력을 생성시키는 진공생성장치;상기의 진공생성장치와 폐샘플 저장실 및 압력센서를 외부 제어장치에 의하여 개폐를 실행하는 밸브장치;상기의 유동저항관 한쪽 면에 위치하는 광원;상기의 광원쪽에 위치하며 광원으로부터 조사된 빛이 역산란되어 나오는 빛을 감지하는 광센서;상기의 압력계 및 광센서와 연결되어 있어, 시간에 따른 압력 신호를 이용하여 주어진 기하학적 파라메터와 압력간의 관계로부터 시험유체의 전단력을 다수의 전단률에 따라 계산하며, 또한 시간에 따른 감지된 역산란 광을 분석 처리하여 혈구 응집률을 계산하는 프로세서;상기의 프로세서로부터 계산된 전단력 및 응집률을 나타내주는 출력장치를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈구 유변계
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유동저항관이 직사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 혈구유변계
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유동저항관에 샘플 유체를 구동시키기 위한 차압 발생장치로 대기압 보다 낮은 압력을 생성시키는 진공생성장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈구유변계
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광원이 레이저다이오우드 또는 발광다이오우드(LED) 등의 후보 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈구유변계
- 제 1 항 내지 2항에 있어서,상기 유동저항관의 재질이 실리콘, 석영, 실리카, 유리, 레이저 가공 가능한 폴리머,사출성형 폴리머 및 세라믹 등의 후보 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈구유변계
- 제 1 항에 있어서,샘플 액체와 직접 접촉하는 부분을 일회용(disposable)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈구유변계
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 혈구유변계는 샘플액체를 받기 전에 미리 정한 온도(predetermined temperature)로 예열할 수 있는 히터(heater) 및 온도 센서가 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 혈구유변계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광센서는 광다이오우드, CCD센서, 디지털 카메라 및 고속 CCD 비디오 등의 후보 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 혈구유변계.
