Abstract

PURPOSE: A structure for preventing noise of a surface acoustic wave filter is provided to remove the noise of a surface acoustic wave by forming an input IDT(InterDigital Transducer) and an output IDT with a predetermined angle. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric substrate(10) is installed in the inside of a package(1) which is connected to the outside through an input wire(1a). An input IDT(20) is formed as patterns on the piezoelectric substrate in order to convert an electric signal to a surface acoustic wave. An output IDT(50) is used for converting the surface acoustic wave to the electric signal. A ground bar(40) is installed between the input IDT and the output IDT. The output IDT has a predetermined angle to the input IDT in order to extend a path of the surface acoustic wave transferred through the ground bar.
