Claims (3)
- 하부 TFT 어레이 기판상에 서로 직교하도록 형성된 게이트 라인과 데이터 라인; 상기 게이트 라인과 데이터 라인 교차점 부근에 반도체층, 소오스/드레인 전극을 포함하여 형성된 박막트랜지스터; 상기 화소영역에 형성된 화소전극; 상기 상부 칼라필터 기판상에 상기 화소전극과 대향하여 형성되는 상대전극과; 상기 데이터 라인, 게이트 라인과 대향하여 형성되는 블랙 매트릭스로 구성된 액정표시소자에 있어서,상기 화소전극의 테두리부를 상기 상부기판의 블랙 매트릭스와 대향하는 위치에서 예각을 이루는 팁 형상으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소전극의 테두리부에 형성되는 예각의 팁 형상은 데이터 라인 및 게이트 라인과 인접하는 영역 모두에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소전극의 테두리부에 형성되는 예각의 팁 형상은 상측에서 보여질 때 상기 블랙 매트릭스 영역의 내부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
