Abstract

PURPOSE: A vehicle(bus)-mounted hoist for a handicapped person is provided to substitute for the import of high-priced cars with a special feature and achieve a more smooth distribution. CONSTITUTION: A stationary part including a rail(5), a control motor(3) and a guiding cable(1) and a movable part including a hoist arm(7) and a hoist(8) are combined to form the vehicle-mounted hoist. When the control motor pushes the hoist arm out, the hoist connected to the guiding cable moves in the same direction at a doubled speed, thus the hoist reaches the outer tip simultaneously with the hoist arm, thereby rapidly carrying out a lifting work of a wheelchair.

종래의 장애인용 승하차 보조장비는 거의가 차량의 바닥에 설치하는 lift system으로 되어있어서 차 종류에 따라 그 구조에 맞도록 제작해야 되는 것으로 기존차량에 설치하기엔 기술과 비용상의 어려움이 있으며 또한 장애인 전용으로 제작된 특장차는 수입에 의존하는 것이므로 가격과 A/S 등의 난점으로 인하여 웬만한단체로서는 확보하기가 어렵기 때문에 정부차원에서 지원하고는 있으나 수급사정이 원만하다고 보기는 어려운 실정이다. 더구나 이 분야의 발전적 해결이 어려운 것은 아직도 우리나라의 장애인을 위한 시설이 빈약한 편이어서 어느 특정부분만 해결되었다고 하여 전체가 개선되는 것이 아니기 때문에 보급이 원만하여도 활용도가 떨어지면 외면당하는 것이 필연이므로 다시 문제의 원점으로 돌아가게 되는 악순환을 끊기 어려운 것이다.Conventional boarding aids for the disabled are mostly made of a lift system installed on the floor of a vehicle, and must be manufactured according to the type of the vehicle. 이를 실현하기 위하여 본 발명은 고비용이 수반되는 종래의 lift system 방식을 지양하고 간편한 hoist system으로 하였으며 이를 더욱 간편화시켜서 기존의 도시형 버스 등에 적합하도록 하였으므로 현재 사용중인 버스라도 출입문 정도만 약간 개조하면 바로 설치할 수 있는 구조이다. 즉 버스의 천장을 가로지르는 레일이 있고 이를 궤도로 하여 들락거리는 호이스트 암(I-Beam 으로 구성)과 거기에 매달린 호이스트가 있어서 레일에 있는 컨트롤 모터를 작동시키면 호이스트 암이 이동함에 따라 여기에 매달린 호이스트는 가이딩 케이블의 제어에 의하여 호이스트암보다 2배의 속도로 이동한다 그러기 때문에 버스안쪽 깊숙이 있던 호이스트가 호이스트암과 동시에 바깥 끝에 도달한다. 이 원리는 도르래의 운동원리를 응용한 것이며 본 발명의 간편화에 핵심적인 역할을 한다. 그리고 호이스트 시스템의 제어 스위치는 운전석과 호이스트에 병설하여서 어디서든 할 수 있도록 하였으며 호이스트에 부수되는 휠체어의 인양기구는 별도로 준비하여 본 출원에서 제외하였다.In order to realize this, the present invention avoids the conventional lift system method involving high cost, and has made it a simple hoist system, and further simplifying it so that it is suitable for existing urban buses and the like.
