The invention relates to a wheelchair getting-on and getting-off device (a device for short, see figures 1-7) which is suitable for a wheelchair special vehicle for lower limb handicapped and is characterized by comprising a movable platform 1, a suspension rack 2, a slide block guide branched chain 3, a first middle branched chain 4, a second middle branched chain 5, a movable platform guide branched chain 6, a wheelchair positioning and fastening device 7, a slide block 8, a rack 9 and an electric push rod 10.
The overall structure layout is as follows: the wheelchair is characterized in that a sliding block 8 is connected with a rack 9 through a sliding block guide branched chain 3, a suspension rack 2 is symmetrically connected with the sliding block 8 through a first middle branched chain 4 and a second middle branched chain 5, the movable platform 1 is connected with the suspension rack 2 through a movable platform guide branched chain 6, a wheelchair positioning and fastening device 7 is installed on the movable platform 1 and used for being connected with an electric wheelchair, and an electric push rod 10 is connected between the suspension rack 2 and the sliding block 8.

The slide block guiding branched chain 3 is driven by a right motor 36 fixed on a suspension 35, and a transverse lead screw 34 is driven to rotate by the right motor 36 by utilizing a lead screw transmission principle, so that the slide block 8 transversely and horizontally moves on the rack 9, and meanwhile, a transverse guiding track 39 is arranged between the slide block 8 and the rack 9, and the slide block 8 is prevented from swinging in the horizontal direction when moving on the rack 9.
The first middle branched chain 4 and the second middle branched chain 5 have the same structure and respectively comprise an upper connecting arm and a lower connecting arm which have the same structure, namely the first middle branched chain 4 comprises an upper left connecting arm 41 and a lower left connecting arm 42, the second middle branched chain 5 comprises an upper right connecting arm 51 and a lower right connecting arm 52, the upper left connecting arm 41 and the lower left connecting arm 42, the suspension frame 2 and the slide block 8 form a parallelogram mechanism, similarly, the upper right connecting arm 51 and the lower right connecting arm 52, the suspension frame 2 and the slide block 8 also form a parallelogram mechanism, and the two parallelogram mechanisms have the same structure and form a double-parallelogram mechanism; the electric push rod 10 is installed in parallel between two symmetrical parallelogram mechanisms (see fig. 4). The movable platform guide branch chain 6 is driven by a left motor 61 fixed on the suspension rack 2, and a longitudinal screw 63 is driven to rotate by the left motor 61 according to a screw transmission principle, so that the movable platform 1 can longitudinally move horizontally on the suspension rack 2, namely, the front and back positions of a driver seat are adjusted, a longitudinal guide track 65 is arranged between the movable platform 1 and the suspension rack 2, and the movable platform 1 is prevented from swinging in the horizontal direction when moving on the suspension rack 2.
The wheelchair positioning and fastening device 7 consists of an armrest 71, a positioning baffle 72, a wheelchair guide groove 73, a front boss 74, a front positioning pin 75, a control handle 76, a rear positioning pin 77 and a rear boss 78. Two wheelchair guide grooves 73 are provided on the movable platform 1, and the width between the two wheelchair guide grooves is equal to the width between the tires of the electric wheelchair of the auxiliary equipment (which can be matched) of the present design, thereby defining the traveling path of the electric wheelchair on the movable platform 1. A person with lower limb disability moves the electric wheelchair to the side door position of a special vehicle, operates a remote controller, opens a vehicle door, starts a right motor 36, drives a transverse lead screw 34 to rotate, converts the rotation of the transverse lead screw 34 into the leftward horizontal movement of a slide block 8 along a transverse guide rail 39 through a slide block guide branched chain 3, stops moving when the slide block 8 moves to the position of a left side support seat 31 (see figure 7 b), then drives the suspension frame 2 to move downwards through a first middle branched chain 4, a second middle branched chain 5 and an electric push rod 10, and stops moving when the suspension frame 2 moves to the position that the lower surface of the suspension frame contacts with the ground (see figure 7 a), and the device finishes getting-off movement; a person with lower limb disability sits on the electric wheelchair, grasps the handrail 71, aligns the tire of the electric wheelchair with the wheelchair guide groove 73 on the movable platform 1 through the slope 66, and enables the electric wheelchair to realize directional movement on the movable platform 1; when the foremost end of the electric wheelchair is contacted with the positioning baffle plate 72, the electric wheelchair stops moving, and at the moment, a front side positioning pin 75 on the front side boss 74 and a rear side positioning pin 77 on the rear side boss 78 enter a positioning hole on the corresponding electric wheelchair, and the control handle 76 is clamped when being pulled backwards to the lowest position, so that the electric wheelchair is fixed with the movable platform 1; the suspension frame 2 moves upwards through the first middle branch chain 4, the second middle branch chain 5 and the electric push rod 10, and the suspension frame 2 stops moving upwards when the lower surface of the suspension frame is at the same level with the upper surface of the frame 9 (see fig. 7 b). Then, a right motor 36 is started, the rotation of the transverse lead screw 34 is converted into the rightward horizontal movement of the slide block 8 along a transverse guide track 39 through the slide block guide branched chain 3, the suspension frame 2 stops moving when moving to the position of the cab (see fig. 7 c), and the mechanism realizes the boarding movement; the vehicle door is closed, then the left motor 61 is started, and the rotation of the longitudinal screw 63 is converted into the longitudinal horizontal movement of the movable platform 1 along the longitudinal guide track 65 through the movable platform guide branched chain 6, so that the front and back position adjustment of the driver seat (namely the electric wheelchair) is realized.
