본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기, 유기성 물질등과 같은 물질의 파쇄를 효과적으로 달성할 수 있는 장치에 대한 것이다. 현재 사용되어지고 있는 파쇄기들은 음식물 쓰레기나 유기성 폐기물 같은 물질의 파쇄에 초점이 맞춰지지 않았기 때문에 음식물 쓰레기를 재활용함에 있어 파쇄 효율이 만족스럽지 못하였다. 또한 커터와 주축이 일체형으로 되어있어 날의 분리, 수리가 불편하며, 교체시 비용이 많이 들거나 날이 스크류형으로 되어있어 덩어리가 파쇄되지 않는 경우가 있으며 쇠붙이등의 불순물이 분리되지 않고 다음 장치로 공급되는 등의 문제가 있었다.The present invention relates to an apparatus that can effectively achieve the crushing of materials such as food waste, organic materials and the like. 본 장치는 분리 진동기 (도 1, 도 2), 스크류 컨베이어 (도 3, 도 4, 도 5), 파쇄기(도 6, 도 7, 도 8)의 세부분으로 나뉘어 있다. 음식물 쓰레기는 분리 진동기 위 상판(1)위에서 진동기의 진동에 의해 서서히 이동하게 된다. 이때 진동주기에 따라 이동 속도가 결정된다. 상판은 약간 경사 되어 있으며 경사각은 조절이 가능하다. 상판에서 흘러나온 음식물 쓰레기는 스크류 컨베이어의 음식물 쓰레기 투입구(2)로 보내어 진다. 투입구에서 떨어진 음식물 쓰레기는 스크류(3) 사이의 공간에 저장되며 스크류의 회전함에 따라 기계적으로 밀려 이송된다. 이때 스크류의 회전 속도에 따라 공급속도가 결정된다. 스크류의 끝부분을 통과한 음식물 쓰레기는 본격적인 파쇄과정을 거치게 된다. 스크류 끝부분은 케이싱(4)으로 덮여 외부와 차단되어 있으며 스크류에서 떨어진 음식물 쓰레기는 파쇄 커터 날(8)위에 떨어지게 되어 커터에 의해 절단, 분쇄되게 된다. 커터는 도 8에서 보듯이 상부 케이싱(5)과 하부 케이싱(6)에 의해 보호되고 있으며 구동 모터(14)에 의해 그 회전속도가 정해져서 분쇄 속도를 결정하게 된다. 커터는 하나의 평면에 수개의 날이 붙어있고 이러한 날 평면이 수개 엇갈려서 연속으로 배치되어 있는 구조로 날 판 사이의 간격, 날 사이의 간격에 의해 음식물 쓰레기 덩어리의 최대 크기가 제한되며 수개의 날이 동시 절단 작용에 의해 매우 효율적인 분쇄가 이루어지게 된다. 이때 분쇄되지 못하는 쇠붙이, 플라스틱등의 이물질은 커터 하단의 파쇄물 배출구(10)로 떨어지지 못하고 커터의 작용에 의해 튕겨져 나가 이물질 배출구로 빠져 나가게 된다. 커터는 주축(11)에 개별적으로 볼트에 의해 고정되어 있으며 파쇄된 커터는 상부 케이싱을 열고 쉽게 교체가 가능하다. 하나의 커터 판은 8개의 커터날로 구성되어 있으며 각 커터판의 간격은 충분히 작게 일정한 간격을 유지하며 수개 연속적으로 구성한다.The apparatus is divided into three parts: a separate vibrator (FIGS. 1, 2), a screw conveyor (FIGS. 3, 4, 5) and a shredder (FIGS. 6, 7, 8).
