Claims (5)
- 과망간산칼륨을 이용하여 화학적산소요구량을 분석하는데 있어서황산에 황산수은, 황산은을 용해시켜 황산용액을 제조하고 1회용인 유리병에 미리 담아 놓고, 분석할 때 그 유리병에 과망간산칼륨용액과 분석시료를 주입한 후 열반응시켜 유기물이 산화되면서 변색하는 과망간산칼륨의 색변화를 분광광도계를 이용하여 흡광도를 측정하여 비교하므로써 화학적산소요구량을 분석하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 바이알에 담기는 액체의 총량을 기준으로(황산+과망간산칼륨용액+물+시료) 1리터일 때 황산을 70 내지 120그램이 되도록 첨가하여 황산용액을 제조하는 방법
- 청구항 1에서 과망간산칼륨과 바이알에 담기는 황산과의 비율이 1 : 1,100 내지 2,450이 되도록 과망간산칼륨용액을 첨가하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에서 황산에 대해 황산수은을 무게비료 1.2 내지 2.7퍼센트 첨가하여 황산용액을 제조하는 방법.
