Claims (4)
- 전해액이 담겨있는 일정 크기의 침적용기와,그 침적용기의 내부에 일정부분 침적되는 부식측정용 시편과,그 부식측정용 시편과 일정거리를 유지하고 침적용기의 내부에 일정부분 침적되어 있는 대향전극과,상기 부식측정용 시편과 대향전극이 양극과 음극이 되도록 전기적으로 연결하고 직류전원을 인가하여 부식측정용 시편과 대량전극 사이에서 이온의 이동이 이루어지도록 하기 위한 직류전원공급기와,그 직류전원공급기에 연결되며 직류전원공급기의 양극과 음극을 흐르는 전류의 양이 표시되는 전류계와,그 전류계에 나타나는 전류의 양을 검출하여 부식정도를 검출하기 위한 전류적산기를 구비하여서 구성되는 것을 금속의 내부식성 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전해액은 5% 염수(NaCl)인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 내부식성 측정장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 부식측정용 시편은 알루미늄(Al)이고, 대향전극은 동(Cu)인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 내부식성 측정장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄에 전기적으로 연결되는 기준 동 전극(REFERENCE Cu)과, 그 기준 동 전극과 알루미늄 사이에 이온이 이동될 수 있도록 연결되는 루긴 튜브(RUGGIN TUBE)를 더 구비하여 기준전위를 설정할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 내부식성 측정장치.
