Abstract

PURPOSE: An injection pump governor is provided to prevent partial side wear of the slider member and abrasion of the pin member where the slider member is mounted. CONSTITUTION: An injection pump governor controls the injection volume of the fuel injection device by pushing a sleeve through the movement of a slider member(13), opening a fly weight member(11) and operating a control rack in accordance with the opening of the fly weight member. An injection pump governor comprises a stopper member(10) interposed between the fly weight member and the slider member. The stopper member has an end coupled to the fly weight member and the other end contacting the slider member, thus restricting motion trajectory of the slider member. The slider member is coupled to the fly weight member so that the slider member is rotatable centering from a pin member(15).
