Claims (2)
- 중량비로, C: 0.35~ 0.55%, Si: 0.1~ 0.4%, Mn: 0.6~ 1.2%, Cr: 0.1~ 1.0%, S: 0.008%이하, P: 0.02%이하, B: 0.0005~ 0.005%, Ti: 0.1%이하, Ca: 0.001~ 0.1%를 함유하고, 잔부 Fe 및 불순물로 이루어지는 강재를 1,200℃이하의 온도에서 250분 이내로 가열한 후 열간압연하여 열연판을 제조한 다음, 상기 열연판을 550~ 630℃의 범위에서 권취하고, 권취된 열연코일을 유냉하여 냉각된 열연코일을 Ac1변태온도 이하에서 구상화소둔처리함을 포함하여 구성되는 가공 절단면이 미려한 고탄소강대의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각은 0.09~ 0.12㎥/sec의 유량으로 냉각함을 특징으로 하는 가공 절단면이 미련한 고탄소강대의 제조방법.
