Claims (5)
- 분말상의 토너와 액상의 용제가 혼합된 현상액으로 현상되어 용지에 전사된 이미지를 정착시키기 위한 습식 전자사진방식 인쇄기의 이미지정착유닛에 있어서,상기 용지의 이송 경로상에 설치되어 상기 토너가 용지에 밀착되는 방향으로 전위를 인가하는 대전부와,상기 용지에 직접 접촉하여 용지를 가열함으로써 상기 이미지를 건조시키는 건조부와,상기 용지를 가열 압착하여 상기 이미지를 정착시키는 정착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진방식 인쇄기의 이미지정착유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 건조부는,상기 용지와 접촉되도록 그 용지의 이송경로 상에 배치되며, 복수의 롤러에 의해 지지되어 무한궤도를 주행하는 건조벨트와,상기 건조벨트를 지지하는 롤러 중 적어도 하나에 내장된 가열용 히터 및,상기 건조벨트와 밀착되어 회전하면서 그 밀착된 사이로 용지를 통과시키는 백업롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진방식 인쇄기의 이미지정착유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 건조부에는,히터를 내장하여 상기 건조벨트와 접촉되어 회전하면서 그에 흡수된 용제를 증발시키는 리제네레이션롤러가 더 구비되는 것을 특징을 하는 습식 전자사진방식 인쇄기의 이미지정착유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 건조벨트는 금속성 기판 위에. 실리콘 재질을 코팅하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진방식 인쇄기의 이미지정착유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 정착부는,상호 밀착되어 회전하면서 그 사이로 용지를 통과시키는 한 쌍의 롤러와,이 한 쌍의 롤러 중 적어도 하나에 내장된 가열용 히터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 전자사진방식 인쇄기의 이미지정착유닛.
