CONSTITUTION: A plurality of V-CUTTING type projection members(70) makes light dispersed to a rear surface of a light plate(40). A brightness of the light is uniformly irradiated to advertisement(20) by the V-CUTTING type projection members(70). A diffusion plate(30) is installed at the front surface of the light plate(40) in order to improve uniformity of the light. A reflecting plate(80) is attached and installed at a rear surface of the light plate(40) and reflects the light. When power is applied to a lamp(60) through an inverter(100), the lamp(60) emits the light. The light emitted by the lamp(60) is directly incident to the light plate(40) or is incident to the light plate(40) through a lamp reflecting plate(50).
