Abstract
Description
차로 사용하는 녹차잎, 컴프리잎을 이용한 면을 제공하고자 한다.Green tea leaves used as tea, to provide the noodles using the complied leaves.

녹차잎, 컴프리잎을 건조하여 분쇄기를 이용하여 미세한 분말로 만들어 물과 혼합 가열하여 물이 끊는 즉시 불을 끄고 식힌 후 한약 짜는 주머니에 넣고 꽉 짜면 녹차, 커프리잎에 있는 성분이 대부분 추출된다. 이 추출액을 가열하여 농축액을 만들어 소맥분, 고구마 전분, 옥수수 전분, 식염, 산미료, 주정, 냉소다 등과 혼합하여 각종 면을 만든다.Dry green tea leaves and comfrey leaves into fine powder using a grinder, mix and heat with water, turn off the fire as soon as the water is cut off, cool it, put it in a herbal medicine bag, and squeeze it tightly to extract most of the ingredients in green tea and capri leaves.
