Claims (5)
- 적, 녹, 청색을 구현하는 픽셀의 감마참조전압을 독립적으로 생성하는 감마전압생성부와; 상기 감마전압생성부에서 생성된 적, 녹, 청색 각각의 감마전압과 적, 녹, 청색을 구현하는 픽셀 각각의 전원전압을 인가받아, 그 전압을 참조하여 1프레임의 비디오 데이터신호를 아날로그 신호로 변환하여 픽셀의 데이터라인을 통해 출력하는 구동부로 구성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기 엘이디 구동회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는 제어신호와 클럭신호를 인가받아 어드레스를 저장하고, 차례로 인가하는 어드레스 시프트 레지스터와; 상기 어드레스 시프트 레지스터의 출력신호에 따라 적, 녹, 청색을 구현하는 픽셀 각각에 인가될 독립적인 화상데이터를 인가받아 저장하는 입력레지스터와; 상기 입력레지스터를 통해 입력된 화상데이터와 어드레스신호를 인가받아 저장하고, 순차적으로 출력하는 저장레지스터와; 상기 저장레지스터의 출력과 적, 녹, 청색을 구현하는 픽셀에 적용되는 독립된 전원전압과 독립된 복수의 감마참조전압을 인가받아 각 어드레스에 따른 아날로그 화상데이터를 출력하는 디지털/아날로그 변환부와; 상기 아날로그 화상데이터를 인가받아 버퍼링하여 출력하는 출력전압 구동부로 구성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기 엘이디 구동회로.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는 외부로 부터 공통된 전원전압을 입력받아 적, 녹, 청색을 구현하는 셀의 구동전압을 생성하는 전원전압 전압발생부를 더 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기 엘이디 구동회로.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는 외부로 부터 공통된 전원전압을 입력받음과 아울러, 적, 녹, 청색을 구현하는 셀 각각에 대하여 서로다른 전위의 접지전압을 인가받아 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기 엘이디 구동회로.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 구동부는 외부로 부터 공통된 전원전압과 접지전압을 입력받아, 그 접지전압을 적, 녹, 청색을 구현하는 셀 각각에 적합한 서로다른 전위의 접지전압으로 변환하는 접지전압 발생부를 더 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기 엘이디 구동회로.
