Abstract
본 고안은 음식물 찌꺼기, 하수슬러지, 축산분뇨, 폐목재 탄화물을 친환경적 방법으로 자원의 절약과 재활용 촉진에 발 맞추어 악취 비산과 지하수, 하천 오염에서 벗어나는 폐기물의 재활용 자원화 하는 공정으로써, 실용신안 제 0275461호의 연속적 고안으로 생활 폐기물의 연속투입 회전형 건조장치에 하수슬러지, 축분슬러지를 정량 공급(4)하여 1차 건조하고 2차 연속투입 회전형 탄화장치에 공급되어 열량과 속도를 조정하여 건조물을 탄화 직전에 배출시켜 축산분뇨 저장조(3)에 공급되는 것으로 1차 공정이 끝나고 다음 공정이 시작되는데 폐목재 파쇄장치(9)에서 칩을 제조하여 연속투입 회전형 탄화 장치(6)에 정량 공급되어 탄화 공정을 이룬 폐목재 탄화물은 축산분뇨 저장조(3)에 이송되어 하수슬러지, 축분 슬러지 건조물과 폐목 탄화물이 혼합 교반장치(2)에 이송, 혼합 교반 공정을 거쳐 연속투입 회전형 건조장치(5)에 정량 공급되어 1차 공정을 마치고 2차 연속투입 회전형 탄화장치(6)에 공급되며 탄화가 안되고 건조만 되도록 열량과 속도를 조정하여 수분 40∼45% 정도로 건조후 배출하고 1주정도 보관하면서 매일 2∼3회 간격으로 뒤집기를 반복하여 산소를 공급해 줌으로 발효되는데 도움을 주어 악취가 안 나도록 할 뿐만 아니라 친환경 적으로 자원화 하여 농경지에 시비 후 땅속에서 발열하지 않는 양질의 유기질 비료가 생산되어 산성화된 토양을 생성하며 또한, 농작물 성장은 물론 유기 농법에 큰 도움이 됨으로 이는 하수슬러지, 축산분뇨 슬러지, 목재 탄화물, 축산분뇨를 혼합한 친환경적 자원화하는 시스템이다.The present invention is a process to recycle food waste, sewage sludge, livestock manure, and waste wood carbide in the environment to promote the saving and recycling of odors from waste odor scattering, groundwater and river pollution. 본 고안은 하수슬러지 와 축산분뇨 및 슬러지를 자원화 할 수 없었던 것을 친환경적으로 재활용 자원화 하는 방법을 적용 탄화물 제조에 근거를 두고 수분함량 98%의 축산분뇨를 탄화물과 슬러지 건조물을 혼합 교반하여 수분을 충분히 흡수한 다음 건조 공정을 거쳐 유기질 비료를 제조 자원화 하는 연계 시스템이다.The present invention applies wastewater sludge, livestock manure and sludge that could not be recycled in an eco-friendly way.
