Abstract
본 고안은 모터와 ECU간 연결을 별도의 와이어와 방수 콘넥터를 사용하지 않고 와이어를 유압장치에 관통하여 PCB에 직접 연결함으로써 원가를 절감하고 불량요인을 제거할 수 있도록 한 유압장치 관통형 모터 연결장치에 관한 것으로, 각부를 제어하기 위한 ECU(10), ECU(10)의 제어에 의해 구동되는 모터(20)와, ECU(10)와 모터(20)사이에 배치되는 유압장치(30)로 이루어진 것에 있어서, 유압장치(30)내에 홀(40)을 만들고 이 홀(40)에 와이어(50)를 내장시켜 ECU(10)와 모터(20)간의 전기적 신호가 전달가능하도록 한 것이다.This invention is a hydraulic device through-type motor connecting device that reduces the cost and eliminates the defect by connecting the motor and ECU connection directly to the PCB through the hydraulic device without using a separate wire and waterproof connector. Description
본 고안은 차량용 모터제어에 관한 것으로, 특히 모터와 ECU간 연결을 별도의 와이어와 방수 콘넥터를 사용하지 않고 와이어를 유압장치에 관통하여 PCB에 직접 연결함으로써 원가를 절감하고 불량요인을 제거할 수 있도록 한 유압장치 관통형 모터 연결장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a motor control for a vehicle.
