Abstract
본 고안은 액상의 물질을 계량하여 사용할때 별도의 계량컵이 없어도 사용자가 필요한 적정량을 정확히 계량하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 포장용 계량용기에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a packaging measuring container that allows the user to accurately weigh and use the appropriate amount required without the need for a separate measuring cup when measuring and using a liquid substance.
Description
본 고안은 액상의 물질을 계량하여 사용할때 별도의 계량컵이 없어도 사용자가 필요한 적정량을 정확히 계량하여 사용할 수 있도록 용기몸체 일측부분에 계량눈금을 갖는 계량용 포장용기에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는 계량눈금이 형성된용기몸체 일부분(계량부분)을 상부가 개구된 ㄴ 자형 차단벽으로 분리하여 사용량의 계량이 용이하도록한 계량용 포장용기에 관한 것이다. 종래의 포장용기는 액상이나 겔상의 내용물을 단순히 담아두는 역활만 할뿐이고 포장용기 외주면에 계량눈금이 있어도 배출용량을 정확히 계량하여 사용하는 것은 불가능하였으며 눈짐작으로 사용하거나 별도의 계량용기를 필요로 하였다. 이와같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 실용신안등록 제 1984-1942호에는 세제용기의 상단 일측에 세제용기와 일체로 계량용기를 형성하여 사용시에 용이하게 세제액의 용량을 알수 있도록한 세제용기가 기재되어 있고,실용신안등록 제1993-1057호 에는 하나의 주입구를 갖는 용기몸체에 계량용기를 일체로 형성하고, 이 계량용기에 별도의 주출구를 구비하여서 필요한 내용물을 인출 할 때에는 용기 몸체의 주입구를 개봉할 필요가 없이 용기몸체에 형성된 계량용기로 정확히 계량을 하고 난 다음 계량된 내용물을 계량용기의 주출구를 통해 인출 할 수있는 포장용 용기가 기재되어 있으며,또한 실용신안등록번호 제244825호 (2001.8.20)에는 용기몸체내 목부로 부터 직접 연장 형성되면서 일측 내벽을 따라 일정 길이로 형성되는 보조투약관로를 형성하여 이루어진 의료용 투약용기가 알려져 있다. 그러나 사용시 일체로 된 계량용기로의 이동이 용이하지 않고 배출구가 용기 상부에 위치하고 있어 사용시 많이 기울여 사용해야 함으로 대용량의 포장용 용기로는 부적합하였다.The present invention relates to a measuring packaging container having a measuring scale on one side of the container body so that the user can accurately measure the required amount without using a separate measuring cup when measuring and using a liquid substance. 포장용기 상부에 주입구(5) 및 손잡이(6)를 갖는 투명 내지 반투명의 합성수지로 된 포장용기(1)의 몸체내부에 상부가 개구된 ㄴ 자형 차단벽(2)을 형성하고 상기 차단벽에 의해 분리된 포장용기 일측에 계량눈금(4)을 형성하고, 상기 차단벽에 의해 분리되고 계량눈금이 형성된 용기몸체 일부분-계량부분(8)을 용기 하측면에 설치한 개폐장치와 연통되도록 한다. ㄴ 자형 차단벽은 포장용기와 같은 재질로 투명 내지 반투명이며, 표시된 계량눈금을 약간 상회하도록 용기 내부에 설치되며,상부가 개구되어 있다. 본 고안에 사용되는 개폐장치는 고무박킹이 되어 있는 스쿠루식이 바람직하나, 액상물질의 개폐가 가능한 것이면 어느 것이라도 사용할 수 있다. 계량부분(8) 상부면의 폭과 개폐장치가 설치된 하측면의 폭의 비는 1:1.5 내지 1:3.0 이 바람직하나 이는 1회 계량하고자 하는 액상물질에 따라 조절될 수 있다. 본 고안의 포장용 용기에 사용할 수 있는 액상물질로는 농약이나 세제. 독극물 등이 있으며 정량 사용이 요구되는 액상물질이라면 모두 본 고안을 사용하는 것이 편리하다. 본 고안의 사용법을 간단히 설명하면, 먼저 농약 등 사용하고자 하는 액상물질을 용기의 보관부분(7)에 넣은 다음, 용기를 약간 기울려 차단벽 위로 액상물질을 용기의 계량부분(8)에 이동시키고 계량눈금을 확인한후 개페장치를 열어 필요한 양 만큼 배출시켜 사용한다. 본 고안은 배출시에 용기를 기우리지 않고 정위치에서 단지 개페장치를 이용하여 안전하게 정량을 인출 할 수 있으므로 인체에 유해한 농약 등 액상물질을 대용량으로 담아 사용할 때 특히 적합하다A b-shaped blocking wall 2 having an upper opening is formed in the body of the packaging container 1 made of transparent or translucent synthetic resin having an injection hole 5 and a handle 6 on the packaging container.
