When using cosmetics such as lotions and emulsions, soy sauce, salad dressings, and other liquid foods, liquid detergents, and bleaches, there is often a need to pour out a certain amount each time. In each case, the trouble of using measuring spoons, cups, etc. is unavoidable. On the other hand, a metered-dose pouring container using a propellant such as liquefied gas is well known, but it requires a pressure-resistant container and a metered-dose injection valve and is expensive. Therefore, we have devised a simple and inexpensive tool that can pour out a fixed amount of liquid simply by opening the lid, without using such high-cost equipment or the trouble of using the measuring tool described above.

Furthermore, when using such a dispensing container, if the liquid adheres to the fingertips due to carelessness, it is unpleasant and unclean, and especially in the case of a bleaching disinfectant, it is harmful to the skin. Therefore, one of the important purposes of this invention is to provide a pouring means that prevents such mistakes from occurring.

Although this invention is constructed as described above, in the illustrated embodiment, the liquid receiving cap 2 and the connecting rod 22 are integrally molded from an inexpensive soft elastic resin such as polyethylene. 23
is a vertical groove cut into the inner peripheral surface of the liquid receiving cap 2, and when the liquid receiving cap 2 is pulled out and opened as shown in FIG. This is provided to allow the air inside the liquid receiving cap 2 to escape. However, when the space above the liquid level in the container 1 is sufficiently large compared to the volume of the metering chamber 15, or when the container is an inexpensive disposable container, the fitting surface of the neck tube 12 and the liquid 2 is not subjected to a sliding process. In this case, the vertical groove 23 described above is not necessarily
There is no need to wear it. In the former case, even if the neck tube 12 and the liquid receiving cap are tightly fitted, there is no difficulty in pulling up the liquid receiving cap 2 because the negative pressure generated when pulling it up is small, and in the latter case, the fitting surface This is because there is some air permeability between them, so outside air is replenished when the liquid receiving cap is pulled up. The piston 21 is a thin rubber plate that is sandwiched and fixed from above and below by two washers 24 and 25, but in some cases, the piston 21 and the connecting rod 22 are integrally molded, and instead, the base of the connecting rod 22 is formed into a liquid receiving cap. It may be fixed to the top wall of No. 2 by fitting or other means. The stopper 14 is a small molded piece shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 that is fitted and fixed inside the neck tube 12. In this case, a notch 16 is bored to allow liquid to flow, and a connecting rod 22 is formed. A shaft hole 17 is provided for loose insertion.

Now, this idea is made as described above, so
When the container is not in use, the liquid receiving cap 2 is placed over the container opening 13 as shown in FIG. If the container 1 is turned over so that the container mouth 13 faces downward in such a closed state, the piston 21 will be located below the shoulder of the container in the upright state in the above-mentioned closed state, and therefore , as can be seen from the illustration, the piston 21 and the shoulder 11 of the container.
Although not shown, it will be understood that the liquid contained in the container 1 enters the neck tube 12 because a gap 3 is formed between the two. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, by pulling out the liquid receiving cap 2 a little, as the piston 21 moves, a metering chamber 15, which is a closed space with a constant volume, is formed between the piston 21 and the spout 2. A substantially constant amount of liquid injected through the gap 3 as described above is stored in this metering chamber 15 . As mentioned above, since the volume of the liquid receiving cap 2 corresponds to the metering chamber 15,
The liquid that has entered this metering chamber 15 passes through the container opening 13.
As shown in FIG. 3, it is housed in a liquid receiving cap 2. When the liquid receiving cap 2 is pulled out further, the liquid receiving cap 2 is completely separated from the neck cylinder 12, and finally the piston 21 engages with the stopper 14, and further movement of the piston 21 is prevented.

そこで、第6図に示すように、液が収容されて

Therefore, as shown in FIG.
When tilted, the connecting rod 22 bends as shown,
The upper part of the opening of the liquid receiving cap 2 widens. Next, as shown in FIG. 7, when the liquid receiving cap 2 is tilted, a fixed amount of the liquid contained in the liquid receiving cap 2 is poured out as described above.

According to this invention, in the process of overturning the container 1 and pulling out the liquid receiving cap 2 from the neck tube 12 of the inverted container 1 with a fingertip (FIGS. 2 and 3), the inverted container 1 is tilted. , and liquid receiving cap 2
During the entire pouring process, which consists of tilting and pouring (FIGS. 6 and 7), there is no opportunity for the liquid to come into contact with the fingertips supporting the liquid receiving cap 2.

When the liquid is poured out, the liquid receiving cap 2 is fitted into the neck tube 12 again, and the inside of the container is sealed, and the container is ready for the next fixed amount pouring.

(Effects of the invention) Thus, according to this invention, the stored liquid can be poured out quantitatively without using a propellant such as liquefied gas, so there is no need for an expensive pressure-resistant container or injection valve. Therefore, it is possible to provide a metered-quantity dispensing container that is extremely simple and inexpensive enough to be disposable. In addition, since no auxiliary tools such as measuring spoons or measuring cups are required for use, it can be easily used as a container for dispensing cosmetics, seasonings, detergents, medicines, and other products, which provides significant benefits to consumers. Moreover, according to this invention, as mentioned above, there is no opportunity for the liquid to touch the operating fingertip during the entire process of the pouring operation, so even if there is some clumsiness in the operation, the poured liquid will be contaminated. There is no fear, there is no discomfort of getting the finger tips dirty, and therefore,
A clean and safe pouring operation can be performed for any liquid used on a daily basis.
