본 고안은 소, 돼지, 닭 등의 가축을 대량 도축할 시에 발생하는 도축장에서의 도축폐기물을 안전하고 신속하게 그리고 재활용할 수 있도록 처리하는 처리장치에 관한 것인데 구체적으로는 가열실(2)이 구비된 처리통(1)내에 전동장치로 구동되는 스크류(3)와 혼련기(4)를 장치하고 투입구(101)와 배출구(102)를 만들어서 투입구와 배출구에는 각각 뚜껑(101a)과 개폐기(102a)를 장치하고 분진배기관(5)과 온도감지기(6)등을 갖추어서 처리통(1)내부에 생석회와 도축폐기물을 일정비율로 넣고 가수분해시키면서 혼련하여 도축폐기물을 1차 처리하고 이것을 해머크래셔가 장치된 분쇄기(8)에 투입하여 작은 알갱이로 분쇄한 다음 회전 여과기(10)로 이송하여 덩어리가 섞이지 않게 여과하고 이를 비료 등으로 활용할 수 있게 한 도축폐기물의 처리장치로서 수분이 많은 도축폐기물을 안전하게 그리고 신속하게 좁은 장소에서도 처리할 수 있게 한 것임.The present invention relates to a treatment apparatus for treating the slaughter wastes in a slaughterhouse that is generated when a large number of livestock such as cattle, pigs, and chickens are slaughtered safely, quickly, and recycled.
