Abstract
본 고안은 자동차의 오픈된 후드패널을 받쳐 지지하여 주기위한 후드 스테이로드의 고정구조에 관 한 것으로 특히 스테이로드의 걸림단부에 무단이탈을 억제하는 판스프링의 역할과 걸림턱역활을 하는 2단의 돌출부를 갖는 한쌍의 탄성판재를 고정시킴으로써 후드패널의 무단이탈을 억제토록 하여 작업의 안전성을 도모하도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a fixed structure of a hood stay rod for supporting and supporting an open hood panel of a vehicle. 본 고안은 자동차의 오픈된 후드패널을 받쳐 지지하여 주기위한 후드 스테이로드의 고정구조에 관 한 것으로 특히 스테이로드의 걸림단부에 무단이탈을 억제하는 판스프링의 역할과 걸림턱역활을 하는 2단의 돌출부를 갖는 한쌍의 탄성판재를 고정시킴으로써 후드패널의 무단이탈을 억제토록 하여 작업의 안전성을 도모하도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a fixed structure of a hood stay rod for supporting and supporting an open hood panel of a vehicle. 기존의 후드 스테이로드의 구조는 도 3에서와 같이 스테이로드(10)의 선단에 마모와 소음의 방지를 위해 고무코팅이 표면처리된 S자형의 걸림고리(11)를 형성하여 후드인너패널(12')에 천공된 끼움공(13)에 걸림고리(11)가 끼워져 걸려지도록 하여 후드패널(12)을 지지토록 하였던 것이나 이는 걸림고리(11)가 단순히 끼움공(13)에 끼워져 후드패널(12)의 자중에 의해 지지되고 있는 상태로서 후드패널(12)을 지지하고 있는 상태에서 스테이로드(10)를 위로 밀거나 후드패널(12)을 들어올릴 경우 걸림고리(11)가 쉽게 끼움공(13)에서 이탈될 우려가 많은 구조이므로 작업시 많은 주의를 요하였던 것이며 종종 부주의로 인하여 후드패널(12)이 무단으로 내려앉아 신체를 손상시켰던 것으로 안전기능에 미흡함을 노출시켰던 것이다.The conventional hood stay rod structure has a hood inner panel 12 by forming an S-shaped hook ring 11 having a rubber coating surface treatment to prevent wear and noise at the tip of the stay rod 10 as shown in FIG. 3.
