Description
본 고안은 제조공장의 전동기 조작함(MCC PANEL)의 순서회로(SEQUENCE)를 개선하여 실용화한 기기(전동기등) 운전조작 콘트롤 장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling operation operation of a device (motor, etc.), which is implemented by improving a sequence circuit (SEQUENCE) of a motor control box (MCC PANEL) of a manufacturing plant.

본 고안은 이러한 결정을 해결하고자 누름스위치(Swich)를 1개로 개선하고 한번 누르면 동작(ON)하고 다시 한번 누르면 정지(OFF) 되도록 보완하였으며 조작회로를 유니트(unit)만 설치 하는것 만으로 완성되며 스위치(Swich)조작이 필요한곳 어느곳에서도 전원과 2선만 연결하면 통신이 가능하도록 하여 고장시 유니트(UNIT)만 교체하는 것으로 유지보수 시간을 단축할 수 있도록 한 것으로 온(ON) 오프(OFF) 스위치(SWITCH)의 통합으로 스위치 및 통신방법개선 및 순서 회로를 유니트화 함으로 전동기 콘트롤 장치를 하나의 시스템으로 주문생산에서 시장생산으로 전환하고자함.In order to solve this decision, the present invention improves the push switch to one, presses it once to turn it on and presses it once again to turn it off. 본고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 회로가 간단하여 제작시 저렴하면서도 설치및 유지보수가 본장치인 유니트(UNIT)만 설치로 완료되며 조작함(LOCAL PANEL)을 추가로 설치시 기존에는 3면을 설치시 15선이 필요했으나 본고안장치로는 전원선 2선 그리고 각각2선씩해서 6선 모두 8선만 설치하면 추가할수 있으며 병렬(패러럴)방식으로 구성되어 설치가 쉬우며 푸쉬보탄 스위치를 한개로 동작(ON) 과 정지(OFF) 를 할수 있으므로 자재비 인건비 면에서 원가를 절감할수 있고 판넬자체 공간을 활용할수 있으며 판넬자체를 소형화 시킬수 있으며 전기적 상식이 부족 하더라도 쉽게 기기 조작함을 제작 할수 있는 매우 실용적인 장치이다.When explaining the effect of this paper, the circuit is simple, so it is inexpensive at the time of manufacture, but only the unit (UNIT), which is easy to install and maintain is completed by installation, and when additional installation of LOCAL PANEL is installed 15 wires were required, but this design device can be added by installing only 8 wires for 2 wires and 2 wires for each of the 6 wires.
