Abstract

본 고안은 주택의 내부벽체로서 사용하기 위한 경량벽체에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a lightweight wall for use as an interior wall of a house.

본고안의 경량벽체는 제일 외측면이 석고보드로 구성되며, 그 내측으로는 합판이 매입되며, 그 내부에는 우레탄이 충진되는데, 우레탄의 충진전에 전선매입관 및 콘센트가 매입되어 있다. 이와같은 경량벽체는 가벼워 시공이 간편하면서도 내구성 및 방음효과가 크며, 일정한 크기의 규격제품 으로서 철거 및 재시공이 용이하여 거주자들이 취향에따라 손쉽게 내부구조를 변경할수 있어 공간활용의 극대화를 이룰수있고, 노후 건축물의 리모델링 작업에 적합할수 있고, 건축물의 수명을 연장할수 있는 장점이 있다.In the lightweight wall of this paper, the outermost surface is made of gypsum board, and plywood is embedded in the inside thereof, and urethane is filled in the inside thereof, and an electric wire embedding pipe and an outlet are embedded before the urethane is filled. 본 고안의 경량벽체(1)는 전체적으로 도5 의 도시와 같이 구성 되어진다. 즉, 일정한 형태의 4각 프레임(9)(도3, 도4 참조)의 전후로 합판(3)이 부착되고, 합판 위로는 석고보드(2)가 부착되며, 프레임(9)의 내측으로는 전선매입관(5) 및 콘센트(6)가 설치됨과 동시 우레탄(4)이 충진되는 구성인데, 합판(3) 및 석고보드 (2)는 도1 의 도시와 같이 전체적으로 프레임(9)의 일측으로 치우쳐서 일측에는 삽입부(8)와 타측에는 돌출부(7)가 형성되며, 하측으로도 프레임이 돌출된 형태이다.The lightweight wall 1 of the present invention is constituted as shown in FIG.
