Description
The present invention relates to the masonry structure of the wooden brick constituting the outer wall or inner wall of the building.
In general, cement bricks and concretes, which are used as materials for constructing walls of buildings, have a lot of additional costs such as insulation and unstretched for soundproofing and waterproofing, and problems such as prolonging of human resources and construction time. Wood is mainly used.
In particular, the wood has a trend of increasing the demand for the exterior and interior walls of buildings because of the advantages of excellent thermal insulation, soundproofing and waterproofing effect and nature-friendly materials.
1 illustrates an example of a conventional wood brick. This is a reference to Korean Patent Publication No. 1999-14587 (name of the invention: building timber brick for construction).
According to the drawings, the conventional wooden brick is a cube-shaped body (1), the first protrusion (1a) is formed on one of the left and right sides of the body (1), the other side of the first recess ( 1b) are formed, respectively.
The second protrusion 1c is formed on the upper surface of the body 1, and the second groove 1d is formed on the lower surface of the body 1, respectively.
Therefore, when masonry is constructed using such a wooden brick, a plurality of wooden bricks are repeatedly arranged in the horizontal / vertical direction, and the wooden bricks arranged in the horizontal direction are adjacent to the first groove 1b of any wooden brick. Coupling force is obtained by inserting the first protrusion 1a of the wood brick, and the joining force by inserting the second protrusion 1c of the wood brick adjacent to the second groove portion 1d of any wood brick between the wood bricks arranged in the longitudinal direction. You get
In addition, the contact surface of each of the protrusions and depressions of the wood bricks can be bonded by the adhesive (bond) to maintain a stronger bonding force.
However, the above-described conventional wooden brick has a disadvantage in that many materials are lost and the unit price is high because the thickness thereof is thicker than necessary.
In addition, the conventional wooden brick has a problem that the productivity is low because the overall structure is made of a relatively complex structure.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide a timber brick masonry structure that can construct a solid wall at a minimum cost by improving the timber structure of the wood brick.

The present invention for achieving the above object,
일측면과 타측면에 측면 홈부와 측면 돌출부가 각각 형성된 목재벽돌에 있어서;In the wooden brick formed side grooves and side projections on one side and the other side, respectively;
Upper and lower grooves are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the body of the wooden brick in the longitudinal direction, and each of the grooves has a portion of a rod-shaped connecting member inserted therein, and the other portion of the connecting member has a top of another wooden brick. It is characterized in that the groove is fitted so that the masonry between the reference wood brick and the other wood bricks located above and below is possible.
In addition, the thickness of each wood brick is characterized in that less than 25mm.
In addition, the side projections and the side grooves formed on both side surfaces of each wood brick is characterized in that the wedge shape.
In addition, the contact surface between the connecting member and the wooden brick is characterized in that the adhesive is bonded.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 2 is a view showing the masonry structure of the wooden brick according to the present invention, Figure 3 is a view of the wooden brick according to the present invention viewed from another direction.
According to the drawings, the wooden brick 10 of the present invention has a longitudinal direction on the upper and lower surfaces of the wooden brick 10 in an existing structure in which side grooves 11 and side protrusions 12 are formed on one side and the other side thereof. The upper and lower groove portions 13a and 13b were formed.
In addition, a part of the rod-shaped connecting member 20 having a predetermined length and height is inserted into the upper groove portion 13a of the wood brick 10, and the other wood bricks stacked on top of the wood brick 10. By inserting the other part of the connecting member 20 into the lower groove 13b, the masonry can be made between the upper and lower wooden bricks 10, and the masonry structure is repeated between the upper and lower wooden bricks 10. As a result, the wall can be formed.
At this time, the thickness t of the wood brick 10 is preferably 25 mm or less, and more preferably, it should be determined within the range of 15 to 25 mm.
The reason is that when the thickness is 25 mm or more, the amount of material loss is large, and when the thickness is 15 mm or less, a problem occurs in the rigidity of the wall.
In addition, the side grooves 11 and the side protrusions 12 of the wood brick 10 have a wedge shape, as shown in FIG. 4, so as to double the rigidity between the wood bricks which are stacked in the transverse direction.
In addition, the contact surface between the wood brick 10 and the connecting member 20 was maintained by bonding with a more firm bonding force.
Therefore, when the timber brick 10 and the connecting member 20 are stacked, the process proceeds in the following order.
First, the respective wood bricks 10 are arranged in the horizontal direction by inserting the side protrusions 12 of the wood bricks adjacent to the side grooves 11 of the wood bricks 10. At this time, since the side groove portion 11 and the side protrusion portion 12 has a wedge shape, it is possible to double the rigidity between the respective wood bricks 10 arranged in the horizontal direction.
Next, the lower end of the connecting member 20 is inserted into the upper groove 13a of each wood brick 10 and bonded at the same time.
At this time, the length of the connection member 20 can be freely designed. For example, the length of the connection member 20 may be longer than the length of the wood brick 10, and may be continuously inserted into the upper and lower grooves 13a and 13b of two or more wood bricks. Of course, it may be inserted separately into the upper and lower grooves 13a and 13b of (10).
Next, the lower groove portion 13b of each wood brick 10 is inserted into the upper end of the connection member 20 and bonded at the same time.
Thereafter, as the above process is repeated, the wall can be formed by the masonry of the wooden brick 10.
The present invention as described above by limiting the thickness of the wood brick at an appropriate level it is possible to produce an efficient wood brick without loss of raw materials. Therefore, the wood brick unit price can be lowered.
In addition, the structure of the wooden brick is simple, it can improve the productivity.
