Abstract
본고안은 양말의 등부분을 편직할때 무늬를 편직하는 과정에서 무늬를 크게형성 하면서도 바늘 내림기구가 오동작을 하지 못하도록 하는 캠 장치에 관한것 이다.This paper relates to a cam device that prevents the needle lowering mechanism from malfunctioning while forming a large pattern in the process of knitting the pattern when knitting the back part of a sock.
본고안 에서는 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 싱커집의 하측면 둘레에 긴바늘의 위치인 실린더의 절반 길이만큼 캠을 설치하고, 내림기구를 동작시켜주는 밀대의 롤러가 이에 접촉하게 하여 긴바늘이 편직되는 구간에서는 내림기구 자체가 동작 할수없게 한 것이다.In this paper, in order to achieve the above object, the cam is installed as long as the length of the cylinder, which is the position of the long needle, around the lower side of the sinker house, and the long roller is brought into contact with the roller of the pusher that operates the lowering mechanism. 본고안은 양말의 등부분을 편직할때 무늬를 편직하는 과정에서 무늬를 크게형성 하면서도 바늘 내림기구가 바늘을 내려주지 못하게하는 캠 장치에 관한것 이다.This paper relates to a cam device that prevents the needle lowering mechanism from lowering the needle while forming a large pattern in the process of knitting the pattern when knitting the back part of the sock.
통상적인 양말편직기에서 양말이 편직되는 과정을 개략적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.The process of knitting a sock in a conventional sock knitting machine is as follows.
즉, 양말의 편직은 몸통부분을 편직할때는 편침이 장착된 실린더가 일방향으로만 계속적으로 회전을 하면서 편직이 이루어지고(짧은 편침과 긴편침 모두 하강한 상태에서 편직이 이루어짐), 몸통부분이 다 편직되고 뒷축 부분을 편직 할때는 긴편침은 모두 상승하여 편직이 이루어지지 않고, 상승하지 않은 짧은 편침만이 좌우로 번갈아 180°씩 회전하면서 뒷축의 편직이 이루어진다. 그리고 뒷축의 편직이 완료되면 모든 편침이 하강한 상태에서 양말 등부분의 편직이 이루어진다.In other words, the knitting of the sock is made by knitting the torso while the cylinder equipped with the knitting needle continuously rotates in only one direction (the knitting is performed while both the short knitting needle and the long knitting needle are lowered), and the whole body is knitted. 그런데 등부분의 편직 과정에서 무늬를 편직할때는 큰바늘이 무늬에 따라 올라가지 않는 부분이 있는데, 무늬를 크게 형성하고자 할때는 큰바늘이 않올라간 부분이 넓으므로 이부분으로 뒷축을 편직할때 바늘을 내려주는 내림기구가 상승하여 큰바늘을 내려주게 되므로 편직이 이루어 지지 않는다. 따라서 양말의 등부분에 형성되는 무늬는 모두 작게만 할수있었다.By the way, when knitting the pattern in the back part knitting process, there is a part where the big needle does not go up according to the pattern. 본고안의 전체구성은 도1 및 도2의 도시와 같다. 즉, 도2에서는 실린더(7)부분의 도시는 생략 되었지만 실린더(7)의 상측부분인 싱커집(2)이 도시되어 있고 그 하측으로 바늘내림캠장치(1)가 설치된 구성임을 알수 있다.The overall configuration of this draft is as shown in Figs. 바늘내림캠장치(1)는 스프링(도시생략)에 의하여 도2의 도시와 같이 항시 상측에 위치하고 있는데, 양말의 몸통부분이 다 편직되고 상승하지 않은 짧은 편침만이 좌우로 번갈아 180°씩 회전하면서 양말의 뒷축부분을 편직하는 과정에서 상승되어 있는 짧은 편침들을 좌우 180°도 회전할때마다 양끝단의 편침 2개씩을 내려주는데 이의 동작은 에어실린더(11)에 의하여 이루어진다. 즉, 편침(25)의 머리부분(26)은 내림대(14)의 끝단부분(15)하측으로 회전이되며, 내려야할 편침이 내림대의 끝단부분(15)하부에 접촉하여 밀면 캠에 의해 하강하여 바늘을 내려준다. 그러면 밀대와 접하고 있는 레버(13)는 축(20)을 중심으로 시계방향으로 회전 하면서 내림대(14)를 상측으로 들어준다. 따라서 내림대(14)는 축(21)을 중심으로 끝단부분(15)이 하강하며 편침을 내려주는 것이다. 이와같은 동작으로 양말의 뒷축부분의 편직이 모두 이루어진 상태에서는 다시 실린더가 일방향으로만 계속적으로 회전하며 양말의 등부분 편직이 이루어 지는데, 등부분에 무늬를 형성하는 과정에서는 큰바늘이 무늬에따라 올라가지 않고 공간이 생기게 된다. 이때 무늬를 크게 형성할 경우에는 그 공간의 간격이 넓어서 이곳으로 내림대(14)의 끝단부분(15)이 상승하여 편직되고 있는 편침을 내려주므로 편직이 되지 않게된다.The needle lowering cam device 1 is always located on the upper side by a spring (not shown) as shown in Fig. 2, while the trunk portion of the sock is knitted, and only a short uneven hand is rotated by 180 ° alternately from side to side.
