Description

차량의 에어 컨디셔너 파이프의 고정구조{Structure for fixing a pipe of an air-conditioner used in automobiles}Structure for fixing a pipe of an air-conditioner used in automobiles}

The present invention relates to an air conditioner mounted on a vehicle, and more particularly, to a fixing structure of a refrigerant pipe capable of reducing noise generated in an interior of a vehicle by transmitting vibrations generated from an engine to a dash panel through a refrigerant pipe.

An air conditioner is provided to keep the interior of the vehicle always in a comfortable condition even under seasons, weather conditions and all driving conditions. In particular, an air conditioner is installed to maintain a proper temperature and proper humidity of the vehicle.

The air conditioner uses latent heat from which the refrigerant evaporates and cools the interior of the vehicle while circulating by the refrigerant cycle.

Referring to Figure 1 looks at the configuration and operation of the general air conditioner.

The refrigerant gas is sucked into the compressor 1 and compressed to be sent to the condenser 2 in a gas state of high temperature and high pressure. The refrigerant gas passing through the condenser 2 is forcedly cooled by a cooling fan and liquefied. The liquefied refrigerant flows into the receiver and the dryer 3 to separate gas and liquid, and only the liquid refrigerant is sent to the expansion valve 4. In the expansion valve (4), the high pressure liquid refrigerant rapidly expands, becomes a low-temperature, low-pressure free solid refrigerant, and enters the evaporator (5). The refrigerant entering the evaporator 5 takes heat away from the air inside the vehicle, cools the air in the room, and vaporizes and is sucked into the compressor 1. Through such a refrigerant cycle, the refrigerant is circulated to continuously cool the indoor air of the vehicle.

In the air conditioner configured and operated as described above, a low pressure pipe connected from the evaporator 5 to the compressor 1 and allowing a low pressure refrigerant to flow is directly fastened and fixed to the dash panel of the vehicle.

That is, as shown in FIG. 2, in the fixed structure of a general low pressure pipe, a first low pressure pipe 11 connected to a compressor and a second low pressure pipe 12 connected to an evaporator are connected by a joint member 13. The joint member 13 is directly fastened to the dash panel 20 by the stud bolts 14 and fixed.

However, since the low pressure pipe is fastened directly to the dash panel, the engine vibration is transmitted directly to the dash panel through the low pressure pipe, which causes noise in the vehicle interior, causing discomfort to the passengers, thereby lowering the riding comfort. .

The present invention is to solve the above drawbacks, and to provide a fixed structure of the refrigerant pipe that can suppress the generation of vibration by improving the fastening structure of the conventional air conditioner pipe and the dash panel.

The present invention is a fastening structure of the air conditioner pipe mounted on one side of the dash panel, the first buffer member is provided with a fixing portion for fixing the pipe; It is provided between the dash panel and the fixing portion is achieved as a second buffer member for damping vibration.
