Description

Detergent composition for automatic dish-washing comprising non-ionic surfactant}Detergent composition for automatic dish-washing comprising non-ionic surfactant

The present invention relates to a detergent composition for a dishwasher, and more particularly, by using a nonionic surfactant polymerized with ethylene oxide (EO) as a linear alkyl group as a main cleaning component, as well as excellent washing ability and proper foaming and detergency. It relates to a detergent composition for dishwasher having.

In general, a surfactant is used as a cleaning ingredient in kitchen detergents, which are largely divided into anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, and amphoteric surfactants. In particular, in the field of dishwashing detergent, anionic surfactants cannot be used despite the high cleaning power due to the foaming problem, which hinders the water spraying action of the nozzle in the dishwasher. , Fatty acid alkyl amide, or the like, or as an amphoteric surfactant, alkyl amine oxide, alkyl betaine, etc. may be used.

As an example of using a nonionic surfactant, tallow alcohol (9EO) was used in USP4,162,987, and polymerized with nonyl phenyl (5EO), ethylene oxide (PO), and propylene oxide (PO) in USP3,549,539. One copolymer was used. However, in the case of USP4,162,987, since a lot of bubbles are prescribed, a bubble inhibitor must be added separately, and USP3,549,539 may have an adverse effect on the environment because of a phenyl group.

Conventionally, in order to increase the dishwashing power, the amount of the surfactant is increased or an excellent foam is used. However, in dishwashing detergents, the amount of foam and the cleaning power are not necessarily proportional. If the amount of foam is increased more than a certain amount, there is a problem that the spraying force of the water from the nozzle in the dishwasher to reduce the cleaning power, adversely affect the cleaning power, and if the contaminated water overflows out of the dishwasher.

Therefore, the present inventors use polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, a nonionic surfactant having excellent cleaning power against oil contamination and low raw material price, but has a high hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) value, high molar number of EO (ethylene oxide), and foam. A detergent that prevents simple foaming increase and has strong cleaning power by using an excellent hydrophilic nonionic surfactant and an lipophilic nonionic surfactant having a small HLB value and a low number of EO added moles at an appropriate mixing ratio. To complete.

In addition, the introduction of the lipophilic non-ionic surfactant in the present invention can remove the traces, stains, etc. caused by not using the enzyme for removing oil, such as lipase in the prescription, resulting in a result of improving the cleaning power .

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the technical problem of controlling the use of a surfactant directly related to the cleaning power and thus foaming, and it is possible to prevent simple foaming and have an optimal foam as well as exhibit strong cleaning power. It is to provide a detergent composition for automatic washing machine.

In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention is 1.0 to 5.0% by weight of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (EO = 40 ~ 60) and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (EO = 3 ~ 11) which is a nonionic surfactant, respectively It provides a detergent composition for a dishwasher, characterized in that the pH is slightly alkaline (10 ~ 12).

In the present invention, in selecting a surfactant for the cleaning power, there is no environmental problem and only the high alcohol-based nonionic surfactant having sufficient cleaning power is selected to have an image as an advanced detergent. As the nonionic surfactant, two alkyl ether nonionic surfactants to which different numbers of ethylene oxide (EO) were added were used in combination at an appropriate mixing ratio.

Polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (EO = 40 ~ 60), which is a nonionic surfactant, has a strong EO polymerization ability, solubility in water, and excellent foaming ability, so it has strong washing power. The cleaning activity may be disturbed, and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (EO = 3 ~ 11), which is a nonionic surfactant, has a low degree of EO polymerization, which reduces the solubility in water but slows the increase of bubbles, thereby compensating for the phenomenon of overflowing bubbles. In addition, it has an excellent cleaning power for oil pollution, which is easy to remove stains and traces on tableware.

In the present invention, by mixing the two non-ionic surfactants of different strengths and weaknesses in an appropriate mixing ratio, it provides a new method that enhances the cleaning power, prevents past products, and eliminates the drawbacks of stains and traces on the tableware.

In this invention, it is preferable that the mixing ratio of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (EO = 40-60) and polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (EO = 3-11) which is a nonionic surfactant is 1: 5-5: 1. . If the mixing ratio is less than 1: 5, the washing power is weakened. If the mixing ratio is greater than 5: 1, the past products prevent the operation of the dishwasher and reduce the ability to remove stains and traces.

Detergent composition of the present invention as a main cleaning component, in addition to the non-ionic surfactant, builders functioning as a filler, bleaching ingredients to remove stains, enzymes to increase the cleaning power, stability to improve product flow and stability The agent may further include a preservative, a coloring agent, and the like.

The detergent composition for dishwasher of the present invention may be in powder or liquid form, but preferably in powder form.

Hereinafter, the detergent composition of the present invention will be described in detail by dividing each component.

Surfactants]

Nonionic surfactants used in the present invention are of the general formula R 1 -O- (CH 2 -CH 2 O) mH and R 2 -O- (CH 2 -CH 2 O) nH, wherein R 1 is C10 ~ C14 R 2 has a chain between C14 and C18, m is a mole between 40 and 60, and n is between 3-11. The use amount contains 1.0 to 5.0 weight%, respectively. If it is used below this range, decontamination is not enough due to the deterioration of cleaning power, and if it exceeds the range, the particles become larger than the optimum amount of surface adsorption with the powder raw material, resulting in a decrease in fluidity.

Builders]

또한 유기빌더로는 TAED(Tetra acetyl ethylene diamine), DADHT(1,5-diacetyl-2,4-dioxo-hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine), 시트르산나트륨(sodium citrate) 등이 사용될 수 있다.The composition of the present invention may contain about 50 to 90% by weight of the builder. Mineral builders that may be used include sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium silicate, sodium sulfate, layered silicates, aluminosilicates and the like. In addition, TAED (Tetra acetyl ethylene diamine), DADHT (1,5-diacetyl-2,4-dioxo-hexahydro-1,3,5-triazine), sodium citrate (sodium citrate) may be used as the organic builder.

The present invention may include a peroxide that generates hydrogen peroxide as an oxygen-based bleach to enhance cleaning power and remove rust. Conventionally, a chlorine bleach is used, but an oxygen bleach is preferably used in consideration of chemical stability (USP5,292,446). If the amount used is less than 4% at about 4-10% by weight, it is difficult to obtain sufficient effect. If it is used more than 10%, the cost rises compared to the effective price. Examples of the type used include perborate and percarbonate. Perborates include sodium perborate monohydrate (PBS1) and sodium perborate tetrahydrate (PBS4), and PBS1 has a very stable and fast dissolving ability, but has to be stored in silo.PBS4 is less than PBS1 in terms of stability and solubility. It has the advantage of easy operation and storage. Percarbonate (sodium percarbonate) has the disadvantage of rapid dissolution and stable but weak to moisture.

효과는 PB(sodium perborate), PC(sodium percarbonate)보다는 미약하며, 대신에 플라스틱에서의 티 녹제거에는 효과적인 것으로 알려져 있다.Other bleaches include DAPS (diacyl peroxides), which are first used to remove tea rust from garments. Recently used in dishwashers was first introduced in USP5,710,115. The effect is weaker than PB (sodium perborate) and PC (sodium percarbonate), and instead it is known to be effective for rust removal in plastics.

Alkali silicates]

The use of this raw material serves to assist the cleaning action by maintaining the alkalinity of the cleaning liquid, and at the same time, in addition to the function of preventing corrosion, it has an effect of improving product fluidity. Raw materials that can be used include sodium meta-silicate, sodium di-silicate, zeolite and the like. The amount used is about 5 to 40% by weight.

In the present invention, an enzyme may be used together with a nonionic surfactant instead of phosphate to enhance cleaning power. The prior art exerts a cleaning power against starch and protein contamination by using a large amount of phosphates, but it is preferable not to use phosphates due to environmental damage to the use of existing phosphates (USP5,750,483). As enzymes that can be used, amylases, proteases, lipases and the like can be used. Here, lipase is an enzyme added for oil removal, but the formulation of the present invention may increase the oil cleaning ability by introducing a lipophilic nonionic surfactant, and thus may be excluded from the prescription. The amount of the enzyme is about 0.2 to 2.0% by weight, respectively, which is a value considering the washing effect and the increase in price compared to the enzyme increase.

Etc]

In addition to the raw material, the detergent composition of the present invention may be selectively added to the pigment, flavoring, and fungicides.

Hereinafter, the method of manufacturing the detergent composition of the present invention will be described in detail according to the manufacturing procedure.

The manufacturing method of the present invention uses a ribbon mixer or V-type mixer as a stirrer capable of blending a large amount of powder and a small amount of liquid raw material so as to enable uniform stirring as a whole without breaking product properties. The stirring sequence is as follows.

In Table 6, when the lipophilic surfactant is prescribed at 0.5% by weight or less, it can be seen that the stain and trace removal effect is significantly reduced (Comparative Examples 1 and 4). In addition, when the hydrophilic nonionic surfactant is prescribed at 0.5 wt% or less, the washing ability is weak. <Comparative Example 2, 4>. In Comparative Example 3, due to the foaming phenomenon, the washing power was reduced rather than the use of 5% by weight of hydrophilic and lipophilic nonionic surfactants, respectively. In addition, due to the increase in the amount of liquid components, detergent particles are larger and the fluidity is lowered.

As described through the above embodiment, the present invention is used by mixing a high alcohol-based non-ionic surfactant having a lipophilic and hydrophilic in a specific mixing ratio to prevent the deterioration of cleaning power due to excessive foaming and to achieve the optimum cleaning power through an appropriate amount of foam In particular, it was possible to provide a dishwasher detergent, in which stains and traces were not left, especially by increasing the grease cleaning power.
