Abstract
본 발명은 통상적으로 장쇄 분지를 함유하지 않는 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 개질하여 상기 중합체에 장쇄 분지를 도입하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 에틸렌, 탄소수 3 내지 10, 바람직하게는 4 내지 10의 알파 올레핀 및 탄소수 7 내지 10의 디엔의 삼원공중합체에 관한 것이다. 디엔이 존재하면 삼원공중합체중 장쇄 분지가 생성되고, 디엔이 없는 공중합체는 장쇄 분지를 나타내지 않는다. 장쇄 분지는 생성된 중합 생성물의 가공성을 증가시키기 때문에 바람직하다.
발명의 요약
에틸렌, 알파 올레핀 및 디엔의 삼원공중합체는 지지된 활성 메탈로센 촉매를 사용하여 제조되었다. 메탈로센 촉매의 사용에 의해 치환된 올레핀의 높은 공단량체 도입이 유도되었다. 매우 소량의 디엔은 Mw/Mn에 큰 변화없이[어떠한 디엔도 없는 해당 수지와 비교하여] 수지 MFR[I21/I2, ASTM D-1238, 조건 E 및 F에 따라 측정됨]을 상당히 변화시킨다. 실질적으로 일정한 Mw/Mn을 가지면서 수지 MFR에서 이러한 변화를 일으킨다는 것은 상기 수지로 장쇄 분지가 도입됨을 나타낸다.
본 발명은 에틸렌 단위, 알파 올레핀 단위 및 제 3 성분으로서 탄소수 7 내지 10, 바람직하게는 7 내지 9의 디엔을 함유하는 삼원공중합체에 관한 것이다. 이들 삼원공중합체는 에틸렌 단위를 80중량% 이상, 통상적으로 90중량% 이상 함유한다. 상기 삼원공중합체는 탄소수 3 내지 10의 알파 모노-올레핀 20중량% 이하 및 탄소수 7 내지 10의 디엔 0.1 내지 20중량%를 함유한다.
생성물의 알파 제조
에틸렌에 부가하여 사용된 단량체는 C3-C10알파-올레핀을 포함한다. 바람직하게는, 상기 생성물은 에틸렌 단위를 80중량% 이상 함유한다. 본 발명에서 에틸렌과 함께 사용된 알파 올레핀, 즉 알파-모노올레핀은 바람직하게는 3 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 함유한다. 적절한 알파 올레핀은 프로필렌, 부텐-1, 펜텐-1, 헥센-1, 4-메틸펜텐-1, 헵텐-1, 옥텐-1 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함한다. 바람직하게는, 상기 알파-올레핀 공단량체는 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐 및 이들의 혼합물을 포함한다. 가장 바람직한 알파 올레핀은 헥센-1이다. 에틸렌과 알파 올레핀의 조합의 특정 예는 에틸렌/1-부텐, 에틸렌/1-헥센, 에틸렌/4-메틸-1-펜텐, 에틸렌/1-부텐/1-헥센, 에틸렌/프로필렌/1-헥센 및 에틸렌/프로필렌/1-부텐을 포함한다. 본 발명의 중합 반응에서 쇄 전달제로서 수소를 사용할 수 있다. 촉매와 반응물질에 대해 불활성인 임의의 기체가 상기 기체 스트림중 존재할 수도 있다.
상기 디엔은 바람직하게는 6 내지 10개, 바람직하게는 7 내지 9개의 탄소원자를 포함한다. 상기 디엔의 예는 1,6-헵타디엔, 1,7-옥타디엔, 1,8-노나디엔을 포함하고, 1,5-헥사디엔 및 1,9-데카디엔도 본 발명에 사용하였지만, MFR에서 변화에 미치는 영향이 탄소수 7 내지 9의 디엔보다 약했다.
이들 생성물은 이하에서 설명하는 촉매의 존재하에, 바람직하게는 이하에서 설명하는 슬러리 하에 또는 더욱 바람직하게는 유체 베드 기체상 촉매 중합조건하에 제조된다.
상기 생성물은 전이 금속, 예를 들면 지르코늄 0.1 내지 2 ppm을 함유한다. 상기 생성물은 또한 알루미늄 5 내지 100 ppm, 바람직하게는 10 내지 50 ppm을 함유한다. 상기 생성물의 전이 금속, 예를 들면 지르코늄 및 알루미늄 함량은 촉매 잔사에 기여한다. 본 발명의 상기 생성물을 제조하기 위해 사용된 촉매는 알루미녹산에 의해 활성화된 지르코늄의 메탈로센이다.
상기 생성물은 0.88 g/cc만큼 낮고 0.965 g/cc 미만, 바람직하게는 0.94g/cc 미만의 밀도를 특징으로 한다. 본원에서 사용하기 위해, 상기 밀도는 약 0.88보다 크고, 일반적으로 0.900 보다 크고 0.965 미만, 바람직하게는 약 0.90 내지 0.93 g/㎤이다.
본 발명의 생성물은 150 이하, 300 이하, 예를 들면 0.01 내지 300의 MI를 나타낸다.
본 발명의 저밀도 생성물은 16 이상, 바람직하게는 16 내지 60, 가장 바람직하게는 16 내지 45인 용융 유동비(MFR)를 나타낸다. MFR은 비율 I21/I2[여기서, I21은 ASTM D-1238, 조건 F에 따라 190℃에서 측정하고, I2는 ASTM D-1238, 조건 E에 따라 190℃에서 측정한다]이다.
이들 생성물의 Mw/Mn은 약 2.0 내지 약 3.5이다. Mw는 중량평균분자량이고 Mn은 수평균분자량이고, 그 각각은 GPC(겔 투과 크로마토그래피)에 의해 측정된 분자량 분포로부터 계산된다. 생성물이 2.5 미만, 2.0 내지 3.5, 바람직하게는 2 내지 3의 Mw/Mn으로 제조되었다.
촉매
본 발명의 수지를 제조하기 위해 사용된 촉매 조성물은 메탈로센으로서 제공된 하나의 전이 금속을 함유한다. 상기 촉매는 담체, 공촉매의 활성화제 및 하나 이상의 메탈로센을 포함한다.
상기 담체 물질은 고형의 미립자 다공성 무기 또는 유기 물질이되, 바람직하게는 무기 물질, 예를 들면 실리콘 및/또는 알루미늄의 산화물이다. 상기 담체 물질은 약 1 내지 약 250㎛, 바람직하게는 약 10 내지 약 150㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 건조 분말 형태로 사용된다. 필요하다면, 상기 처리된 담체 물질은 상기 입자가 바람직하게는 150㎛ 미만의 평균입자크기를 갖도록 선별될 수 있다. 이는 겔을 감소시키기 위해 좁은 분자량 LLDPE를 형성할 때 매우 바람직하다. 담체의 표면적은 약 3m2/g 이상, 바람직하게는 약 50 내지 약 350 m2/g이다. 담체가 실리카일 때, 약 100℃ 내지 약 850℃까지, 가장 바람직하게는 약 250℃에서 가열하는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 담체 물질은 본 발명의 촉매 조성물을 제조하기 위해 적어도 어느 정도의 활성 하이드록실기(OH)를 가져야 한다.
가장 바람직한 실시태양에서, 상기 담체는 실리카인데, 제 1 촉매 합성 단계에서 그 사용 전에 질소로 유동화시키고 약 4시간 동안 약 250℃에서 가열시킴으로써 탈수되어 약 1.8mmol/g의 표면 하이드록실기 농도를 달성한다. 가장 바람직한 실시태양의 실리카는 높은 표면적의 비결정성 실리카(표면적 = 300 m2/g; 1.65 ㎤/g의 기공 체적)이고, 더블유 알 그레이스 앤드 캄파니(W.R.Grace and Company)의 데이비슨 케미칼 디비젼(Davision Chemical Division)에 의해 Davison 952-1836, Davison 952 또는 Davison 955의 상표명으로 시판되는 물질이다.
촉매를 제조하기 위해, 모든 촉매 전구체 성분은 알루미녹산과 같은 활성화제 또는 조촉매를 사용하여 용해되어 담체와 반응할 수 있다. 상기 담체 물질은 하기 기술된 방법으로 알루미녹산 용액, 바람직하게는 메틸알루미녹산과 반응한다. 알루미녹산 부류는 올리고머상 선형 알루미녹산에 대해서는 R-(Al(R)-O)n-AlR2의 식을 갖고 올리고머상 환형 알루미녹산에 대해서는 (-Al(R)-O)m(여기서, n은 1 내지 40, 바람직하게는 10 내지 20이고, m은 3 내지 40이고, 바람직하게는 3 내지 20이고 R은 C1-C8알킬기이고 바람직하게는 메틸이다)의 식을 갖는, 올리고머상 선형 및/또는 환형 알킬알루미녹산을 포함한다. 메틸알루미녹산(MAO)은 매우 넓은 분자량 분포를 갖고 통상적으로 약 1000의 평균분자량을 갖는 올리고머의 혼합물이다. MAO는 일반적으로 톨루엔중 용액중에 유지된다.
알루미녹산의 한가지 바람직한 실시태양에서, 담체로의 도입은 실리카의 공극 체적에 의존한다. 이러한 실시태양에서, 상기 담체 물질을 침지시키는 방법은 알루미녹산 용액중 실리카와 같은 담체 물질의 슬러리를 형성하지 않으면서 알루미녹산 용액의 주입에 의해서이다. 상기 알루미녹산 용액의 체적-이때 상기 용액의 체적은 실리카의 기공 체적을 초과한다-은 슬러리를 형성하지 않고 상기 담체 물질의 기공을 충진시키기에 충분하다. 따라서 바람직하게 알루미녹산 용액의 최대 체적은 상기 담체 물질 샘플의 총 기공 체적이며 이를 초과하지 않는다.[실리카 기공을 기준으로 용매 체적의 30% 이하의 과량이 침지중 실리카 슬러리를 생성하지 않으면서 사용될 수 있다는 것을 발견하였다]. 상기 알루미녹산 용액의 최대 체적은 어떠한 실리카의 슬러리도 형성되지 않도록 해준다. 따라서, 상기 담체 물질의 기공 체적이 1.65㎤/g이면, 알루미녹산 체적은 담체 물질 1.65㎤/g의 이하일 것이다. 이러한 가정의 결과로서, 상기 침지된 담체 물질은 상기 담체의 기공이 특히 용매로 충진될지라도 침지 후 즉시 건조되는 것으로 보인다.
용매를 가열에 의해 담체 물질의 알루미녹산 침지된 기공으로부터 제거하고/제거하거나 질소와 같은 비활성 기체에 의해 유도된 양의 압력하에 제거할 수 있다. 이러한 단계에서 상기와 같은 조건은 사용된다면 침지된 담체 입자의 응집 및/또는 알루미녹산의 가교결합을 제거까지는 아니더라도 감소시키도록 조절된다. 이러한 단계에서, 용매는 약 40℃ 이상 약 50℃ 이하의 상대적으로 낮은 승온에서 일어나는 증발에 의해 제거될 수 있다. 용매가 40℃ 이상 약 50℃ 이하에 의해 정의된 것보다 상대적으로 높은 온도에서 증발에 의해 제거되더라도, 매우 짧은 가열시간 스케쥴이 사용되어야 한다.
바람직한 실시태양에서, 상기 메탈로센을 용액과 담체의 반응 전에 상기 알루미녹산의 용액에 첨가한다. 메탈로센을 또한 포함하는 상기 알루미녹산 용액의 최대 체적은 상기 담체 물질 샘플의 총 기공 체적일 수 있다. Al로 표현되는 알루미늄 대 M으로 표현되는 메탈로센 금속(예: Zr)에 의해 제공된 알루미녹산의 몰비는 50 대 500, 바람직하게는 75 대 300, 가장 바람직하게는 100 대 200이다. 본 발명의 또 다른 장점은 Al:Zr 비가 직접 제어될 수 있다는 것이다. 추가의 바람직한 태양에서, 알루미녹산 및 메탈로센 화합물을 약 20 내지 80℃에서 0.1 내지 6.0 시간 동안 담체와의 반응 전에 함께 혼합한다. 메탈로센과 알루미녹산을 위한 용매는 적절한 용매(예: 방향족 탄화수소, 할로겐화 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 방향족 탄화수소, 바람직하게는 톨루엔)일 수 있다.
촉매의 선택적인 합성에서, 알루목산 접촉된 담체의 용액의 체적은 제 2 용매중에 분산될 수 있다. 상기 선택적인 침지 방법의 중요한 면은 알루목산 용액에 덧붙여 제 2 액체 매질을 사용한다는 것이다. 상기 액체 매질은 탄소수 5 내지 20의 탄화수소이다. 액체 매질로서 사용될 수 있는 예시적 화합물은 펜탄, 이소펜탄, 헥산, 이소헥산, 헵탄, 옥탄, 노난, 데칸, 도데칸, 사이클로펜탄, 사이클로헥산 및 사이클로헵탄 또는 그의 혼합물을 포함한다. 이들 탄화수소의 이성질체를 또한 사용할 수 있다. 선택적인 합성중 제 2 액체 매질의 체적은 또한 이러한 체적이 슬러리를 형성하기에 충분해야 한다는 점에서 중요하다. 일반적으로, 이러한 체적은 질소 흡착법(BET 방법)에 의해 측정된 상기 지지체의 기공 체적의 2 내지15배이어야 한다. 예를 들면, 1.5cc/g 기공 체적을 갖는 실리카 지지체에 대해, 상기 제 2 매질, 예를 들면 헥산의 최소값 3cc 및 실리카의 최대값 20cc/g을 사용할 수 있다.

적절한 메탈로센 화합물은 비스(사이클로펜타디에닐)메탈 디할라이드, 비스(사이클로펜타디에닐)메탈 하이드라이도할라이드, 비스(사이클로펜타디에닐)메탈 모노알킬 모노할라이드, 비스(사이클로펜타디에닐)메탈 디알킬 및 비스(인데닐)메탈 디할라이드[여기서, 금속은 티탄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이고, 할라이드기는 바람직하게는 염소이고 알킬기는 C1-C6알킬이다]를 포함한다. 예시적이되 비제한적인 메탈로센의 예는 비스(사이클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄 디클로라이드, 비스(사이클로펜타디에닐)하프늄 디클로라이드, 비스(사이클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄 디메틸, 비스(사이클로펜타디에닐)하프늄 디메틸, 비스(사이클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄 하이드라이도클로라이드, 비스(사이클로펜타디에닐)하프늄 하이드리도클로라이드, 비스(펜타메틸사이클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄 디클로라이드, 비스(펜타메틸사이클로펜타디에닐)하프늄 디클로라이드, 비스(n-부틸사이클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄 디클로라이드, 비스(이소-부틸사이클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄 디클로라이드, 비스(디메틸사이클로펜타디에닐)지르코늄 디클로라이드, 사이클로펜타디에닐-지르코늄 트리클로라이드, 비스(인데닐)지르코늄 디클로라이드, 비스(4,5,6,7-테트라하이드로-1-인데닐)지르코늄 디클로라이드 및 에틸렌-[비스(4,5,6,7-테트라하이드로-1-인데닐)]지르코늄 디클로라이드를 포함한다. 당해 기술분야의 실시태양에서 사용된 메탈로센 화합물을 결정성 고형물로서, 방향족 탄화수소 또는 지지된 형태의 용액으로서 사용할 수있다.
메탈로센 화합물 및 미립자 형태의 알루미녹산을 포함하는 촉매를 에틸렌 및 고급 알파 올레핀의 기체상 중합 및 공중합을 위한 유체 베드 반응기에 공급한다.
공정 조건
중합이 기체상, 유동화 베드로 수행될 때, 중합체 입자의 소결 온도 이하의 온도에서 유동 베드 반응기를 작동하는 것이 필수적이다. 소결이 일어나지 않도록 하기 위해서는, 소결 온도 이하의 작동 온도가 요구된다. 본 발명의 방법에서 에틸렌 중합체의 제조를 위해, 약 60 내지 115℃의 올레핀 중합을 위한 작동 온도가 바람직하고, 약 75 내지 95℃의 온도가 가장 바람직하다.
상기 반응기를 약 100 내지 350 psi의 압력에서 작동한다.
유동화 베드 반응기에서, 상기 베드를 통한 기체상 반응 혼합물의 표면 기체 속도가 유동화를 위해 필요한 최소 유속을 초과해야 하고, 바람직하게는 최소 유속보다 초당 0.2피트 이상이다. 필름 제조를 위해, 상기 생성물은 윤활유, 마이크로활석, 안정화제, 산화방지제, 상용화제, 안료 등과 같은 중합체 조성물에 통상적으로 첨가된 임의의 다양한 첨가제를 함유할 수 있다. 이들 시약은 산화에 대한 생성물을 안정화하기 위해 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 생성물을 0.910 내지 0.97g/cc의 밀도를 갖는 에틸렌의 또 다른 선형 중합체 또는 공중합체와 함께 블렌딩될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 상기 기타 선형 중합체 또는 공중합체는 350 psi를 초과하는 압력에서 자유 라디칼 중합에 의해 생성된 것일 수 있다. 상기 중합체를 상기 취입 필름 압출기, 예를 들면 스터링 압출기(Steriling extruder)에 직접 첨가하여 약 0.5 내지 5 밀의 두께를 갖는 필름을 제조할 수 있다.
하기 실시예로써 본 발명의 본질적인 특징을 추가로 설명한다. 그러나, 실시예에 사용된 특정 반응물질 및 반응 조건이 본 발명의 범위를 제한하지 않는다는 것은 당해 기술분야의 숙련인에게 명백할 것이다.
실시예에서 생성된 중합체의 성질을 하기 시험 방법에 의해 측정하였다.
밀도: ASTM D-1505 - 플래크를 제조하고 100℃에서 1시간 동안 조건화하여 평형 결정도에 근접시킨다. 이어서 밀도 측정을 밀도 구배 칼럼안에서 행한다(g/cc로서 기록함)
용융지수(MI, I2): ASTM D-1238-조건 E, 190℃에서 측정됨, g/10분으로 기록됨
높은 하중(HLMI, I21): ASTM D-1238 - 조건 F, 10.5×(상기 용융 지수 시험에서 사용된 중량)으로 측정됨
용융유동비(MFR): I21/I2
모든 절차를 무수 질소 분위기하에 수행하였다. 모든 액체/용매는 무수였다.13C NMR 스펙트럼을 정량적인 조건하 100.4MHz에서 JEOL Eclipse 400상에서 기록하였다. 실리카 촉매상에 지지된 A(BuCp)2ZrCl2및 메틸알루미녹산(MAO)을 중합반응에 사용하였다.
에틸렌/1-헥센/디엔 삼원공중합체는 하기 기술한 중합절차에 의해 제조하였다. 1-헥센 및 디엔 농도를 기술한 바와 같이 변화시켰다. 에틸렌/디엔 공중합체를 1-헥센을 사용하지 않는 것만을 제외하고는 동일하게 제조하였다.
실온에서 1갤론 스테인레스 강 오토클레이브에 1500㎖ 헵탄, 150㎖ 1-헥센, 10 ㎖ 1,7-옥타디엔 및 1.0 ㎖의 14중량% 트리-이소-부틸알루미늄/헥산을 충전하였다. 상기 반응기를 닫고, 상기 온도를 70℃까지 올라갔다. 촉매 26.6mg을 에틸렌 압력으로 도입하였다. 반응기 압력 상수를 130 psi에서 유지하기 위해 필요하게 되면 에틸렌으로 채웠다. 60분 후, 반응기를 송풍하고 실온에서 냉각시켰다. 중합체 37g을 수거하였다. 상기 중합체를 진공 오븐중에 건조시켜 잔사성 휘발 탄화수소를 제거하였고, 160℃에서 롤 밀상에서 용융균일화하고 산화방지제로 안정화하였다.
에틸렌, 헥센, 및 장쇄 디엔의 삼원공중합체를 촉매중에 개시된 지지된 메탈로센/MAO 촉매를 사용하여 제조하였다. 매우 소량의 디엔, 특히 1,7-옥타디엔은 Mw/Mn의 상당한 변화 없이 수지 MFR의 실질적인 변화를 유발한다. MFR에서의 증가는 본원에서 참고로 인용된 미국 특허 제 5,272,323 호에 개시된 바와 같은 장쇄 분지의 존재를 나타낸다.
1,5-헥사디엔, 1,7-옥타디엔, 1,9-데카디엔 및 1-데센을 동일한 슬러리 조건하에 헥센 및 에틸렌과 함께 삼원공중합하였고 표 1에 삼원 단량체를 나타낸다.

5.0㎖ 삼원단량체를 각 경우 사용하였고, 1,5-C6은 1-5-헥사디엔이다. 1,7-C8은 1,7-옥타디엔이다. 1,9-C10은 1,9-데카디엔이다. C10은 1-데센이다. |
소량의 1,7-옥타디엔 또는 1,9-데카디엔은 MI, 밀도, %C6, 융점 또는 Mw/Mn에 상당한 영향 없이 수지 MFR을 17로부터 25 내지 35까지 상승시켰다. 에틸렌, 헥센 및 소량의 데센의 삼원공중합으로 에틸렌 및 헥센 공중합체와 그다지 상이하지 않은 중합체를 생성하였다. 1,5-헥사디엔 삼원공중합체는 에틸렌/1-헥센 공중합체조절과 비교하여 약간 변화하였다.
에틸렌 및 디엔의 공중합체를 표 2에 나타낸 바와 같이 제조하였다. 상기 1,7-옥타디엔 공중합체는 임의의 이들 디엔 중합체의 최고 MFR을 나타냈다.

공중합체를13C NMR에 의해 분석하였다. 데센/에틸렌 생성물은 별다른 구조적 특징이 없는 간단한 LLDPE 공중합체인 것으로 확인되었다. NMR에 의해 헥사디엔이 1,5-헥사디엔/에틸렌 공중합체중 환화되어 하기 나타낸 바와 같은 사이클로펜텐/에틸렌 공중합체와 유사한 생성물을 생성하는 것이 확인되었다.
1,7-옥타디엔 및 1,9-데카디엔 생성물의 NMR은 하나 이상의 분지된 종이 이들 공중합체 각각에 존재하는 것을 나타낸다. 그러나, 예비 분석에 따르면 1,7-옥타디엔 공중합체중 분지의 양이 1,9-데카디엔 공중합체보다 10배 이상인 것을 나타낸다. 이러한 관찰은 MFR 데이터와 일치한다.
옥타디엔 농도는 표 3에 나타낸 바와 같이 중합 실험에서 변화하였다. 더 높은 디엔 양이 MFR을 증가시켰다.

Claims (9)
- 장쇄 분지를 함유하지 않고 16 내지 20의 MFR 값(I21/I2, ASTM D-1238에 따라 측정됨) 및 2.0 내지 3.5의 Mw/Mn값을 나타내는 에틸렌 및 소정량의 알파 올레핀을 포함하는 선형 공중합체에 있어서, 상기 양의 알파 올레핀 및 상기 에틸렌과 함께 탄소수 7 내지 10의 디엔 단위를 상기 MFR값을 증가시키는데 효과적인 양으로 함유하는 삼원공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 삼원공중합체가 중합체 생성물과 실질적으로 동일한 Mw/Mn을 나타내는 생성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 디엔이 1,7-옥타디엔, 1,8-노나디엔 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 생성물.
- 장쇄 분지를 함유하지 않고 에틸렌 및 탄소수 3 내지 10의 알파 모노-올레핀을 포함하며 16 내지 20의 MFR 값(I21/I2, ASTM D-1238에 따라 측정됨) 및 2 내지 3.5의 Mw/Mn값을 나타내는 중합체 조성물에 장쇄 분지를 도입하는 방법으로서,에틸렌 및 알파 올레핀을 올레핀 중합 조건하 탄소수 7 내지 10의 디엔 및 촉매의 존재하에 접촉시키되, 상기 촉매가 지지된 활성 전이 금속을 포함하고, 상기 전이 금속의 공급원이 메탈로센으로서 제공된 것인 단계; 상기 Mw/Mn값을 유지하면서 MFR 값을 증가시키는 단계; 및 생성물을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 디엔이 탄소 원자를 7 내지 9개 함유하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 생성물이 0.94 g/cc 미만의 밀도를 나타내는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,디엔이 1,7-옥타디엔, 1,8-노나디엔 및 1,9-데카디엔으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 방법.
- 제 5 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 생성물.
- 제 7 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 생성물.
