Recently, with the rapid development of informatization, payment methods for various goods and services are also rapidly shifted from cash to credit cards and electronic money. According to this trend, various researches are being conducted to make payment of goods or services more easily and easily. In particular, a non-contact electronic chip that stores user information and charges money is embedded in a wireless communication terminal, and a loop antenna is built in the battery of the wireless communication terminal to form a low frequency induction electromotive force on the electronic chip for convenient use and money charging. A wireless communication terminal with a built-in contactless electronic chip has been developed.

1 is a plan view illustrating a conventional RFID antenna built-in battery pack in which a loop antenna is disposed around a battery cell. 1 to 10 show a battery pack configured to be detachable from a mobile communication terminal body. The battery pack 10 is a battery cell 12 for charging and discharging the power to be supplied to the terminal body (not shown), and spirally wound around the outer circumference of the battery cell 12 to close the mobile communication terminal to the card reader. And a loop antenna 14 which forms an induced electromotive force so as to be in communication with the card reader. On the other hand, the battery pack 10 has an antenna connection terminal for connecting the power supply terminal 18 and the loop antenna 14 for supplying power from the battery cell 12 to the terminal body to an electronic chip (not shown) of the terminal body. 16 is provided.

After the battery pack 10 having such a configuration is coupled to the terminal body, when the user approaches the reader (not shown), the electronic chip of the terminal body is induced by the induced electromotive force of the loop antenna 14 built in the battery pack 10. It is activated to make an electronic payment for goods or services. Since the specific process in which the electronic payment is made here is not an essential part of the present invention, for the sake of simplicity, the specification is not described in detail herein.

However, in the configuration of the battery pack as described above, there is a problem that the size of the battery pack is increased by forming the RFID antenna spirally wound several times along the outer periphery of the battery cell 12. That is, by winding the RFID antenna around the battery cell several times, the area of the battery pack is increased by the area occupied by the RFID antenna, which is to increase the external size of the entire terminal and to achieve the original purpose of the mobile communication terminal. There was a very disadvantage.

On the other hand, in order to solve the problem that the appearance of the battery pack is increased, it is possible to think of a method of forming a battery pack by stacking the battery cells and the RFID antenna up and down, but there is also a problem that the thickness is very thick. That is, in the case of the stack type, since the outer case of the battery cell is usually formed of a conductor, the electric wave output from the RF card reader is absorbed by the conductor case, so that electromotive force and communication signal can be induced to the RFID antenna. It becomes impossible. Therefore, in order to remove such obstacles, the distance between the RFID antenna and the battery cell can only be formed as large as possible. However, increasing the distance between the battery cell and the RFID antenna improves communication sensitivity and performance, but counters the trend of miniaturization and slimming of mobile communication terminals.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide a battery pack with a built-in RFID antenna that does not reduce communication sensitivity or performance without causing problems in miniaturization and slimming.

As described above, according to the configuration of the RFID built-in battery pack according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the sweeping 120 is formed between the battery cell 110 and the RFID antenna 130, a radio wave output from the RFID card reader is generated.
