Description

스크린 인쇄를 이용하여 입체감을 극대화한 실크판 및 그 인쇄 방법{Silk plate using screen-print for three dimension effect and printing method by using of it}Silk plate using screen-print for three dimension effect and printing method by using of it}

The present invention relates to a silk plate maximized three-dimensional effect by using screen printing and a printing method thereof, and more particularly, to the first printing by photosensitive liquid on a silk plate by immersing the photoresist on a silk cloth in the state of manufacturing the original plate After the first printing and second printing only the necessary parts again, the first and second photosensitive color layer is formed, and relates to a silk plate printing method using screen printing that can utilize a substantial three-dimensional impression.

In general, screen printing was developed in close association with stencil techniques and has been researched and developed for many years by artists and professionals in the same field. In caves where primitive people live, there are many decorations of hunting landscapes, and it is possible to guess what kind of stencil method they have been painted. In other words, it can be inferred that a plate on a large surface of banana leaf is placed on a bark and printed with plant dyes in Fiji Island in the South Pacific. Screen printing, on the other hand, is not exactly known, but experimental work was carried out using a cloth base as a screen for engraving in Germany and France.

In addition, screen printing has a general offset printing ink layer of 5 to 7 microns and gravure ink of 12 to 15 microns, but the ink layer of screen printing can be made a considerable layer on the order of 30 to 100 microns. Therefore, it is widely used in the printed circuit board (PCB) of electronic equipment and the electronic industry.

In addition, the photosensitive printing method of screen printing is to print the photosensitive liquid on the screen four sides and to use a photoreaction. The printing of the screen printing mostly uses the photosensitive plate, and the photosensitive plate is made on the four sides of the screen frame. Photographs are photographed and photographed to make contact with the photocoated yarn to make the plate after the photosensitive, so before making the photosensitive plate, you need to know how to make the original plate (Positive). Specifically, in order to make screen-printed photosensitive plates, a positive, which is the original, must first be made. When the forge is a black line pattern, the forge becomes an opaque black line on a transparent background. In other words, if the screen yarn is directly coated with a photoresist film on the mantle and the forge adheres to the light, the opaque black line part of the forge does not pass through the light beam, so the photoresist film is not exposed, and the transparent part of the forge passes the light beam. The photosensitive film is cured (this is also called exposure to light). Therefore, when this is washed with cold water or suitable hot water, the film of the part which does not pass the light melt | dissolves and is removed, and the photosensitive film remains in the transparent part which received the light. In the end, Forge is the original, which looks exactly like the original, and the corresponding negative is the original, in which the black and white of the original is reversed.

Under these backgrounds, the meaning of the original plate refers to the film developed using a plate making camera and then developed on the film. For example, it means a film used for offset printing, copper plate corrosion, zinc plate corrosion, and the like. In other words, when the original is first photographed, the screen phenomenon is the opposite of the original on the film. This is called a 'negative' film. In general, the filmed film ends the work of fixing the development, but the completed tone and tone of 'Nega' are filmed with a mesh. The reticle is to change the tone of the text of the plaintiff into subtle points of magnitude. Of course, for this purpose, use a camera for making a plate rather than a general camera. This is mainly intended for copying the top view of the original, so that the distance of the subject is close and it is advantageous for the full size or enlarged photographing. In order to implement such a mesh, it is necessary to take a network shot, and in the case of screen printing, when the state of light and shade is screen printing, a black line parallel to the glass plate is placed on the glass plate by using a glass screen or a contact screen on the photosensitive plate of the plate making camera. Place it in parallel at some distance and decide whether it is fined or roughened by the size of the black line, the mesh, or rough. However, the larger the number of points in the unit area, the smaller the mesh. Therefore, first, you should decide the screening at the time of engraved shooting according to the mesh of your own screen company. If screen screening is made of 250 mesh mesh on screen yarn 250 mesh, the mesh is not exposed on the screen yarn, which is the result of black film.

Therefore, in the present invention, silk plate printing by screen printing is carried out by immersing a photoresist on a silk cloth in a state where a film original plate is made, thereby reducing the pattern on the original plate to the silk plate and reprinting only necessary portions. It is an object of the present invention to provide a silk plate and a printing method thereof, in which a color layer is formed according to the primary printing, thereby improving the realism and making a three-dimensional appearance on the surface.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is produced by outputting the film original computer to the computer and the photoresist on the silk cloth is immersed in the pattern of the original film on the silk plate at this time, the first printing after varying the thickness or color layer of the photoresist by discrimination After the first printing is finished by using a mixture of the emulsion and terepene solvent and the curing accelerator is mixed with each other by reprinting only the necessary portion is provided by providing a method to further give a color layer.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.

1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention.

The present invention is produced by outputting the film original plate 100 by color by a computer and the photoresist is buried in a silk cloth, and the pattern of the original plate 100 is exposed to the silk plate 10, but the determination of the thickness of the photoresist after When primary printing is performed, the primary color layer 20 is formed on the silk plate 10 according to the thickness of the photosensitive liquid.

Then, only the portions necessary for the silk plate 10 on which the primary printing is completed are reprinted so that the thickness of the photosensitive liquid, that is, the secondary color layer 20a is provided.

In addition, a mixed liquid obtained by mixing the properties of the paint used for screen printing on the silk plate 10 with emulsion: terepin solvent: curing accelerator 10: 2: 1, respectively.

On the silk plate 10 in a state in which the pattern of the original plate 100 is exposed to the silk plate 10 and the first printing is performed by varying the thickness of the photosensitive liquid by burying the photosensitive liquid on the silk cloth as described above. When the second printing, the first and second thick layers, that is, the first and second color layers 20 and 20a, are formed on the surface of the silk plate 10 so that the three-dimensional effect can be saved. By mixing and printing at a ratio of 6, the life of the silk plate 10 can be maintained for a long time. Also, since the curing accelerator is mixed at a ratio of 10: 1 to the emulsion, the emulsion used in printing can be dried as an attribute.

Therefore, the surface treatment of the silk plate 10 can be formed unevenly with the thickness of the screen photoresist, and the required color can be printed in duplicate to maximize the realistic three-dimensional effect, and also by adding chemicals to the existing drying agent. Can be made to increase productivity.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described specific preferred embodiments, and various modifications can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention claimed in the claims. Of course, such changes will fall within the scope of the claims.

Therefore, the present invention is a printing method using the screen printing, the photosensitive pattern of the original plate prepared in a state in which the photosensitive liquid is buried on the silk cloth is subjected to the photosensitive printing on the silk plate and reprint only the part to be printed on the silk plate in this state It is possible to maximize three-dimensional and realistic feelings. Also, since printing liquid is mixed with emulsion of terepin solvent and curing accelerator, it is very useful to improve the work efficiency and productivity by drying the paint as a property after printing. It is an invention.
