Description

열교환기의 헤더와 튜브 조립방법 {HEADER AND TUBE ASSEMBLY OF HEAT EXCHANGER}Heat exchanger header and tube assembly method {HEADER AND TUBE ASSEMBLY OF HEAT EXCHANGER}

According to the present invention, in the coupling of a tube constituting a heat exchanger condenser such as an air conditioner used in automobiles and households to a header, an insertion hole for inserting and installing the tube in the header is formed in a cut-out and burring the insertion hole. And the header of the heat exchanger to secure the coupling state of the tube and to facilitate the expansion by coupling the tube through the enlarged insertion hole and then expanding the insertion hole. It relates to a tube assembly method.

In general, a condenser of a heat exchanger used as an air conditioner forms a plurality of tube insertion holes in a header and couples the refrigerant circulation tubes to the insertion holes, and the heat dissipation fins for heat dissipation are installed between the tubes. The headers were to be fixed to brackets provided in the body of the car or the air conditioner.

In the conventional method of assembling the refrigerant circulation tube in the header of the condenser configured as described above, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a plurality of tube insertion holes 102 are formed on one side of the header 101. The tube insertion hole 102 is formed by a piercing operation and the tip of the tube 104 is inserted into the insertion hole in a state in which the protrusion 103 is formed by burring the pierced insertion hole. do.

The tip portion 105 of the tube 104 inserted into the insertion hole in the above state is to be expanded, and it is configured to weld and fix the tube while the tube is expanded and coupled to the header.

However, the conventional method as described above forms an insertion hole for inserting the tube by a piercing operation and burrs the insertion hole formed by the piercing operation to complete the insertion hole, and the protrusion part of the insertion hole formed by the burring operation The tube insertion hole forming operation of the header was very cumbersome and inconvenient because it was configured to join the tube, and the edge of the burring insertion hole was damaged by forming the insertion hole in two steps of piercing and burring. However, there was a closed end where the clad for joining the corner part was damaged and the welding state at the corner part of the insertion hole was poor when welding the header and the tube.

In addition, since the length of the protruding portion formed by the burring operation is shortened, the support state of the tube becomes poor, and the expansion state of the tube becomes poor because the expansion is not made in the protruding portion when the tube is expanded. There was a problem in that a gap is generated between the protruding portion and the tube and the refrigerant flows out, or the coupling portion is damaged by the internal pressure of the condenser.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and the present invention is to connect the tube constituting the heat exchanger condenser, such as air conditioners used in automobiles and households to the header, the tube to the header The insertion hole for insertion and installation is formed in a cut-out shape, and the insertion hole is burred to be expanded, and the tube is joined through the enlarged insertion hole, and then the insertion hole is expanded so that the connection state of the tube is firmly secured. It is intended to provide a header and tube assembly method of the heat exchanger to facilitate the expansion, which will be described in detail below based on the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
