Claims (11)
- X선 소스(1), X선 감응 타겟 판(2)에 환자의 방사선 촬영 이미지들을 생성하는 X선 감응 타겟 판(2)을 지지하는 수단, 및 상기 X선 소스(1)와 타겟 판(2)용 지지수단 사이에 환자(4)를 고정된 위치로 지지하며 X선 소스(1) 및 타겟 판(2)에 대한 환자(3)의 중력 지구축(5)의 수평 위치의 이미지를 형성하는 위치 신호들을 생성하는 환자 지지수단(3)을 포함하는 신체의 평형 위치 평가 시스템에 있어서,상기 타겟 판(2) 상에 생성된 환자의 방사선 촬영 이미지들을 디지털화하고 그럼으로써 디지털화된 방사선 촬영 이미지들을 발생하는 스캐닝 수단(20),상기 위치 신호들의 함수로서, 상기 타겟 판(2)의 평면에 중력 지구축(5)의 던져진 그림자(Hg)의 디지털화된 이미지를 발생하는 수단(21),상기 중력 지구축(5)의 상기 던져진 그림자의 디지털화된 이미지(Hg)를 상기 환자의 상기 디지털화된 방사선 촬영 이미지들에 결합하여 결합된 디지털화된 이미지를 발생하는 수단(21), 및상기 결합된 디지털화된 이미지를 보이게 하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체 평형위치 평가 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중력 지구축의 던져진 그림자의 디지털화된 이미지를 발생하는 수단은,연산기(21) 및 연관된 메모리(24),상기 메모리(24)에 저장된 것으로, 상기 X선 소스(1)와, 상기 감응 판(2)의 평면과, 축(XbObYb)의 고정 시스템에 환자 지지수단(3)과의 상대적인 위치들에 대응하는 기하학적인 데이터,상기 메모리(24)의 프로그램 메모리 영역(26)에 저장된 것으로, 상기 방사선 촬영 이미지들을 취할 때 상기 위치신호들을 저장하고, 상기 감응 판(2)의 평면과 X선 소스(1) 및 중력 지구축(5)의 수평 위치(Og)를 지나는 수직 평면을 교차하는 직선 선분(Hg)을, 상기 위치신호들의 함수로서, 계산하고, 상기 중력 지구축의 이미지를 구성하는 상기 계산 결과를 저장하도록 한 프로그램을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체 평형위치 평가 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, X선에 감응하는 타겟 판(2) 상에 생성된 방사선 촬영 이미지들을 스캐닝하여, 디지털화된 방사선 촬영 이미지들을 구성하는 일련의 디지털 신호들을 생성하는 스캐너(20)를 포함하고,상기 프로그램은 상기 디지털 신호들을 수신하여 메모리(24)에 이들을 저장하도록 되어 있고,상기 프로그램은 상기 중력 지구축(Hg)의 이미지를 대치시킴으로써 상기 저장된 디지털화된 방사선 촬영 이미지들을 수정하고, 그럼으로써 상기 결합된 디지털화된 이미지를 발생하도록 되어 있고,상기 프로그램은 모니터(23)에 상기 결합된 디지털화된 이미지를 표시하거나 이를 지지부에 인쇄하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 신체 평형위치 평가 시스템.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프로그램은 X선을 투과시키지 않는 마커(A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H)를 가진 교정물체(40)의 방사선 촬영 이미지들을 스캐닝하고, 상기 교정물체(40)의 X선을 투과시키지 않는 마커들의 알려진 위치들과 크기들로부터 상기 기하학적 데이터를 계산하고, 데이터를 메모리(24)에 저장하도록 한 교정 시퀀스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체 평형위치 평가 시스템.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,축(XbObYb)의 시스템에 대한 표시한 위치들에 배치된 복수의 센서(C1, C2, C3)를 탑재한 수정된 계량기 힘 판(15)을 구비하고 연산기 및 프로그램에 의해 위치신호들로서 사용되는 힘 신호들을 생성하는 환자 지지수단(3),상기 화잔 지지수단(3) 상에 배치될 수 있고, 특정의 형상을 가지며, 환자 지지수단(3) 상에 완전 마커 수단과 일치하게 될 수 있고, 상기 위치 마커 수단에 대한 알려진 중력 중심 위치를 갖는 제거가능 교정추,상기 저장된 프로그램에서, 교정추의 실제 중심의 알려진 기하학적 위치에 계산된 중심을 일치시키기 위해서 각각의 센서(C1, C2, C3)에 의해 생성된 힘 신호들에 대한 보정 파라미터를 계산하며, 이 교정 파라미터들은 환자들의 중력 지구축의 위치의 다음 신뢰성 있는 계산을 위해 메모리에 저장되는 것인 교정 시퀀스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체 평형위치 평가 시스템.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 축(XbObYb)의 고정된 시스템은 X선 소스(1)를 지나며 X선에 감응하는 타겟 판(2)용 지지수단에 수직한 평면(XOZ)에 중심(Ob)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체 평형위치 평가 시스템.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환자(4)의 흉부영역, 허리영역, 골반영역 및 상측 대퇴부 영역의 방사선 촬영 이미지들을 취하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 신체 평형위치 평가 시스템.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 환자 지지수단(3)은 X선 소스(1)와 타겟 판(2)용 지지수단 간에 X선 전파방향에 대해 각도를 갖고 환자(4)의 방위를 맞추기 위해서 중앙 수직축(10)에 관하여 회전 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 신체 평형위치 평가 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 환자 지지수단(3)은 환자(4)의 정해진 전진위치로 자신의 양팔(6, 7)을 얹을 수 있는 팔걸이(8, 9)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체 평형위치 평가 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 팔걸이(8, 9)는 축(XbObYb)의 시스템에 대해 표시된 위치들에 분배된 복수의 힘 센서들(C1, C2, C3) 상에 수정된 계량기 힘 판(15)을 탑재하고 연산기 및 프로그램에 의해 위치신호들로서 사용되는 힘 신호들을 생성하는 턴테이블(13)에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 신체 평형위치 평가 시스템.
- 제8항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환자 지지수단(3)의 각도 위치를 적어도 45도로 인덱싱하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체 평형위치 평가 시스템.
