Claims (2)
- 음극전극, 양극전극 및 적층구조의 유기전계발광매체로 구성되는 유기전계발광소자에 있어서, 상기 유기전계발광매체는 하기의 구조식을 갖는 벤질에테르를 사이드체인으로 포함한 파라페닐렌비닐렌 유도체 Ⅰ 또는 Ⅱ[유도체 Ⅰ][유도체 Ⅱ]로 이루어진 유기발광층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 벤질에테르를 사이드 체인으로 포함하는 파라페닐렌비닐렌 유도체 Ⅰ또는 Ⅱ의 -CH3기는 오르쏘(ortho) 또는 파라(para) 위치에 붙는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
