Abstract

본 L형 축구(공장화제품)은 많은 도로공사중 사용이 용이하며 공기의절감,공사비의 절감 및 품질의 향상을 도모함과 그 사용성이 넓을것으로 거의 혁신적이라 할수 있다.

건설분야중 특히 도로공사중 종래에는 현장에서 목수의 합판거푸집에 의한 인력타설에 의존하여 공기의 장기화, 양생중의 품질관리의 어려움, 유지보수의 어려움을 해결하고자 본 L형 측구(공장제품화)를 고안하게 되었음.
L형 측구(공장제품화)의 기성 제품화시 공기의 절감, 품질관리의 우수성, 현장시공시 양생등에의한 크랙의방지, 유지보수의 효율화,공사비의 절감효과,미관상의 예술화등 많은 공법적,실용성등의 파급효과를 기대할수 있다.
본 고안품은 건설분야중 도로공사의 측구공에 속하며, 종래의 기술은 인력에 의존한 현장타설이 주를 이르고 있다.
L형 측구를 기성제품화 함으로써 장래의 많은 인력을 요하는 인건비의 절감,현장 타설 및 양생등의 문제로 인한 공기의 단축, 또한 기성제품화 함으로써 양질의 품질 관리가 이루어져 획기적인 실용성을 확보하고자 함.

상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 현장타설을 공장타설로 바꾸어 고품질의 제품을 자재화하여 납품요건등을 갖추어야 함.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 고안은 건설시공분야중 도로공사에 있어서 획기적인 공기의 절감, 공사비의 절감, 품질관리의 우수성, 유지보수의 용이성이 가능허여 건설분야에 손쉽게 적용할수 있어 경제적 파급효과를 기대할수 있다.
