CONSTITUTION: A fixing magnetic pole is formed with a ring type magnet(a). An N pole and an S pole are formed at a left side and a right side of the fixing magnetic pole(a). The fixing magnetic pole(a) is used for rotating a rotary magnetic pole(h). The same poles of the fixing magnetic poles(a) are arranged in a predetermined interval when one or more fixing magnetic poles(a) are used. A semicircular magnet(h) is installed within the ring type magnet(a). A rotator is formed with a non-magnetic body. The N pole and the S pole are selectively installed in a surface of the rotator according to polarity and a rotating direction of the fixing magnetic pole(a).
