농가에서 재배하고 있는 버섯의 생산과정을 보면 제일 중요한 것이 버섯의 종균인데 이 종균의 유통과정을 보면 취급이 너무나 허술하다 이것을 보다더 진보적인 방법으로 생산 할 수 있는 기술을 개발하여 종균 보관 유통 사용방법을 개선시키고 품질이 균일한 제품을 공급하고자 하는 포장방법 및 용기에 관한 일체의 것이다The most important thing in the production process of mushrooms grown in farmhouses is the spawn of mushrooms.
