Description
절수기를 개발하거나 수도관에 절수기를 장착하기 위해서는 기존의 토출량을 측정하고 사용자에게 적합한 토출량을 설정해 주어야 한다. 이때 다양한 제품중에서 최적토출량에 적합한 절수기를 선정하기 위해 장착시험을 거쳐야 한다. 그러나 현재 절수기 개발이 초기단계이므로 토출량을 측정할 수 있는 측정기가 없어 수도시설에서 절수기를 수없이 반복하여 장착하는 것은 번거로울 뿐 아니라 수량측정도 쉽지 않다.In order to develop a water heater or to install a water heater in a water pipe, it is necessary to measure an existing discharge amount and set an appropriate discharge amount for a user. 본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해 절수량 비교 측정장치에 모터를 부착하고 절수기 장착이 용이하도록 수도꼭지를 연결하였다. 이때 수량측정의 정확도를 높이기 위해 별도의 모터를 설치하고 각 모터에서 수도꼭지로 물이 이동하는 중간 위치에 수량과 수압을 측정할 수 있는 플로우미터와 압력계를 부착하여 절수기 장착전과 후의 토출량과 압력을 동시에 비교해 보고 성능이 다른 각 절수기의 토출수량을 비교해 볼 수 있도록 하는데 본 발명의 목적이 있다. 또한 본 발명은 바퀴를 부착하여 이동이 용이하게 하였고 상용화 되어있는 수도꼭지를 함께 부착함으로써 장착전의 사용감과 절수기 부착으로 수량이 감소된 장착후의 사용감을 직접 비교할 수 있는 특징이 있다In order to solve the above problems, the present invention attaches a motor to the water saving comparison device and connects the faucet to facilitate the installation of the water saving device.
