PURPOSE: An installation structure of motor of indoor unit of ceiling type air conditioner is provided to improve quietness and durability of the air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes a case(10) inserted and installed to a ceiling of a building; a blowing fan installed in the case; a motor mount(221) supporting a motor(22) joined with the blowing fan; a coupling bolt(B) penetrating a vibration isolating member(223) and coupled to the case; and the vibration isolating member placed between the motor mount and the case and installed to penetrate the motor mount and a bottom of the case so as to prevent direct contact between the coupling bolt and the case for preventing transmission of vibration generated in the motor and the blowing fan to the case.
