Claims (7)
- 가공될 재료용 흡입 개구(21)를 상부에 구비하고, 하나 이상의 순환하는 분쇄 및/또는 혼합 기구(6)가 배치된 용기(1)를 포함하며, 용기(1)내에서 전처리된 재료가 이 재료를 가소화 또는 응집하는 스크류(8)의 하우징(7)내에 공급되고, 하우징(7)이 바람직하게는 용기(1)에 연결된, 재활용 목적으로 합성 플라스틱 재료, 특히 열가소성 폐플라스틱을 전처리하고 후속하여 가소화 또는 응집하는 장치로서, 용기(1)의 직경(D)이 스크류(8)의 직경(d)에 대하여 하기 관계를 유지함을 특징으로 하는 장치:D = 10·(K·d2)1/3, 여기에서D는 mm로 나타낸 원형-원통형 용기(1)의 내부 직경, 또는 동일한 용적 및 동일한 높이를 갖는 의제 원형 원통형 용기의 내부 직경이며,d는 mm로 나타낸 스크류(8)의 직경이며,K는 190 이상인 상수이다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, K가 200 초과임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 스크류(8)의 축(11)이 용기(1)의 단면에 대하여 방사방향으로 또는 할선 방향으로 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 스크류(8)의 축(11)이 용기(1)의 단면에 대하여 접선방향으로 배치됨으로써, 측벽내의 스크류(8)의 하우징(7)이 스크류(8)에 의해 취해질 재료를 위한 흡입 개구(9)를 구비하며, 스크류(8)가 일측 전방 단부(12)에서 구동 수단(13)에 연결되고, 타측 전방 단부(14)에서 스크류 하우징(7)의 전방 단부에 배치된 출구 개구(15), 특히 압출기 헤드를 향하여 운반함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 흡입 개구(9)에 인접한 부분내의 가소화 스크류(8)가 스크류의 잔류 부분과 비교하여 증가된 나사선의 깊이를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 출구 개구(15)에 인접한 부분내의 가소화 스크류(8)가 스크류 직경의 5% 이상, 바람직하게는 7% 초과의 나사산의 깊이를 가지며, 특히 스크류 직경의 7.5% 내지 8.5%의 나사산의 깊이를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스크류 하우징(7)이 흡입 개구(9)내에 포켓형 확장부를 구비하고, 확장부가 스크류 하우징(7)으로 도입될 합성 플라스틱 재료를 위해 추가의 자유 공간을 제공하여, 스크류(8)의 회전 방향이 인접한 용기(1)를 향하는 흡입 개구(9)의 에지에서, 이러한 확장부(32)를 흡입 개구(9)에 대하여 전부 또는 일부 밀폐시키는 바람직하게 조정가능한 리브(39)가 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
