PURPOSE: Double sealing structure of a fuel filler for a vehicle is provided to improve sealing efficiency of the fuel filler by mounting sealing members doubly in an inner fuel cap. CONSTITUTION: An inner fuel cap(22) is inserted to a fuel filler to close, and supported elastically by a spring(16) installed in a fuel filler door housing(20). A notch(54) is formed around the middle of the inner fuel cap, and a notch(56) is formed around the lower part of the inner fuel cap. A recess(58) is formed in the inner wall of the fuel filler door housing(20). A second sealing member(52) is installed in the notch formed around the middle of the body, and a first sealing member(50) is mounted in the notch formed around the lower part of the body. Both ends of the first sealing member are inserted to the notch and the recess to prevent deformation in opening and closing the fuel filler door. The first sealing member is placed between the notch in the lower part of the inner fuel cap and the recess of the door housing, and the second sealing member is installed in the notch formed in the middle of the inner fuel cap.
