Abstract

PURPOSE: An integrated outdoor air temperature and pollution sensor is provided to reduce assembly process, parts count and manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An integrated outdoor air temperature and pollution sensor(1) comprises an outdoor air temperature sensor(2) for sensing the temperature of outdoor air flowing into the motor vehicle from outside, and an outdoor air pollution sensor(3) for sensing the pollution of outdoor air, wherein both sensors are interconnected through a wire(4), arranged as a single unit at a condenser fan(5), and connected to an electronic control unit through a single wire. Thus, the electronic control unit controls temperature of passenger compartment and opening/closing operation of intake door of motor vehicle.
