Description
Claims (25)
- 압축 가스 조절 장치에 있어서,상기 장치를 통해 제 1 유량으로 가스를 유동시키는 제 1 유로와,상기 장치를 통해 제 2 유량으로 가스를 유동시키는 제 2 유로와,제 1 방향으로 이동시켜 상기 제 1 유로를 개방하고 상기 제 2 유로의 개방을 가능하게 하며, 제 2 방향으로 이동시켜 상기 제 2 유로를 개방하도록 구성된 핸들을 포함하며,상기 제 2 유량은 상기 제 1 유량 보다 크고,상기 제 2 방향은 상기 제 1 방향과 상이한 압축 가스 조절 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 방향은 축방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 가스 조절 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 방향은 회전방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 가스 조절 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 제 3 방향으로 상기 핸들을 바이어스하는 스프링을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 제 3 방향은 상기 제 1 방향에 반대인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축 가스 조절 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 유로를 개방하기 위하여 상기 핸들로부터 토크를 전달하는 맞물림가능한 토크 유닛을 추가로 포함하는 압축 가스 조절 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 핸들은 상기 제 1 방향으로 이동하는 버튼과 상기 제 2 방향으로 이동하는 핸들 부재를 포함하는 압축 가스 조절 장치.
- 입구, 출구와, 상기 입구로부터 상기 출구까지 유로를 가지는 하우징과,블리드 통로를 포함하고 상기 유로를 밀폐시키는 밀봉 유닛과,상기 블리드 통로를 개방한 후 상기 밀봉 유닛을 이동시켜 상기 유로를 개방시키는 액츄에이터를 포함하는 서지 방지 밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 유닛을 상기 하우징에 연결하는 나사산을 추가로 포함하는 서지 방지 밸브.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 밸브 시트를 포함하고 상기 액츄에이터는 상기 밸브 시트로부터 멀리 상기 밀봉 유닛을 나사결합된 채로 이동시켜 상기 유로를 개방시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지 방지 밸브.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 블리드 통로를 밀폐시키는 밸브 로드를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 밸브 로드는 상기 밀봉 유닛내에서 미끄럼가능하게 위치되는 서지 방지 밸브.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터로부터 상기 밀봉 유닛까지 토크를 전달하여 상기 하우징에 관하여 상기 밀봉 유닛을 회전시키는 맞물림가능한 토크 유닛을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 토크 유닛은 상기 하우징 내에 위치되는 서지 방지 밸브.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 맞물림가능한 토크 유닛은 핀과 상기 핀을 수용하는 개구를 포함하는 서지 방지 밸브.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 토크 유닛을 맞물림 해제 위치까지 바이어스시키는 스프링을 포함하는 서지 방지 밸브.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터는 핸들과 커버를 포함하고, 상기 핸들은 상기 커버 내에서 미끄럼가능하게 그리고 회전가능하게 지지되며, 상기 커버는 상기 하우징에 관하여 고정되는 서지 방지 밸브.
- 가스가 제 1 유량으로 제 1 유로를 통해 흐르도록 제 1 방향으로 핸들의 적어도 일부분을 이동시키는 단계와;이어서 가스가 제 2 유량으로 제 2 유로를 통해 흐르도록 제 2 방향으로 핸들을 이동시키는 단계를 포함하고,상기 제 2 방향은 상기 제 1 방향과 상이하며, 상기 제 2 유량은 상기 제 1 유량보다 큰 서지 방지 밸브 작동 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 유로를 밀폐시키기 위하여 상기 핸들을 상기 제 1 방향으로 그리고 그 후 제 3 방향으로 이동시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 제 3 방향은 상기 제 2 방향에 반대인 서지 방지 밸브 작동 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 방향으로 상기 핸들을 이동시키는 상기 단계는 상기 핸들을 개방 위치까지 회전시키는 단계를 포함하는 서지 방지 밸브 작동 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 스프링의 바이어스에 반하여 제 1 축 위치에서 제 2 축 위치까지 축방향으로 상기 핸들의 적어도 일부분을 누르는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 서지 방지 밸브 작동 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 핸들을 개방 위치까지 회전시키는 상기 단계는 상기 핸들을 상기 제 2 축 위치에 위치시킴으로서 가능해지는 서지 방지 밸브 작동 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 유로를 밀폐시키기 위하여 나사산이 형성된 밀봉 유닛을 밀폐 위치로 회전시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 서지 방지 밸브 작동 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 유로는 상기 밀봉 유닛내에 위치되고, 상기 핸들을 상기 축방향으로 누르는 상기 단계는 밸브 로드가 상기 제 1 유로를 개방시키기 위하여 상기 밀봉 유닛내에서 미끄러지도록 하는 서지 방지 밸브 작동 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 산소가 상기 밸브를 관통해 압력 조절기를 거쳐 작동장치까지 흐르게 하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 서지 방지 밸브 작동 방법.
- 제 22 항에 있어서, 상기 작동 장치는 환자용 페이스 마스크인 서지 방지 밸브 작동 방법.
- 압축 가스 조절 장치에 있어서,가스가 제 1 유량으로 흐르도록 축방향으로 이동하여 블리드 통로를 개방시키는 버튼과;가스가 제 2 유량으로 흐르도록 회전 방향으로 이동하여 경로를 개방시키는 핸들을 포함하며,상기 버튼은 상기 핸들의 일부를 형성하고, 상기 제 2 유량은 상기 제 1 유량보다 큰 압축 가스 조절 장치.
- 제 26 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 방향에 반대되는 제 3 방향으로 상기 버튼을 바이어스시키는 스프링을 추가로 포함하는 압축 가스 조절 장치.
