Claims (1)
- 철근 콘크리트를 철거하는 방법에 있어서,작업이 필요한 철근 콘크리트의 절단면적을 검토하여 버너 및 노즐, 공기량 및 압력을 결정하는 제1단계;상기 제1단계 이후 점화 산소를 사용하여 점화하는 제2단계;상기 제2단계 이후 작업 인부가 철근 콘크리트 절단면에 분사건을 접촉시키는 제3단계;상기 제3단계 이후 분사건이 철근 콘크리트 절단면에 접촉되면 버너는 즉시 절단면으로부터 상승하여 8"∼12"의 간격을 유지하고 이어서 초음속의 고온(속도 1.3∼1.5㎞/Sec,온도 1700∼1900℃) 불꽃이 철근 콘크리트 물질을 파쇄하는 동시에 압축공기의 힘으로 불어내어 철근 콘크리트를 절단시키는 제4단계;상기 제4단계의 과정에서 자동조절장치의 압력게이지를 확인하면서 버너가 철근 콘크리트 절단면과의 일정 거리가 유지되도록 하면서 철근 콘크리트를 절단함을 특징으로 하는 철근 콘크리트 구조물의 철거방법.
