Claims (3)
- 작동유체가 수용되어 있는 저장풀과;이 저장풀과 일체로 형성되어 있고, 내부에 상기 작동유체와 맞닿아 작동유체를 흡수하는 흡수재가 제공되어 있으며, 외벽에는 작동유체를 증기로 포화시키는 가열장치가 설치되어 있는 포화기와;이 포화기의 하류에 위치하며, 포화된 증기가 응축되어 입자의 성장이 일어나는 모세관과;이 모세관의 출구에 인접하여 설치되며 상기 성장된 입자를 계수하는 광학장치와;상기 모세관의 하류에 위치하며 상기 성장된 입자를 흡입하는 흡입수단으로 이루어진 초미세입자 응축핵계수기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모세관을 단열시키는 단열재를 더 포함하는 초미세입자 응축핵계수기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡입수단은 진공펌프인 초미세입자 응축핵계수기.
