Abstract
PURPOSE: A boiling and cooling device having energy saving effect is provided to minimize waste of heat by inducing a continuous thermal exchange between an afferent pipe and an efferent pipe, which are opposed in a flow direction, when water is cooled after boiled. CONSTITUTION: A boiling and cooling device having energy saving effect includes an afferent pipe and an efferent pipe. Flow of the afferent pipe and flow of the efferent pipe are located in an opposite direction from each other in case that water is cooled after boiled. A continuous thermal exchange occurs between the afferent pipe and the efferent pipe.
