Description
본 발명은 흄관, 파일, 전주 등의 콘크리트 제품을 성형시키는 주형(Mold)으로부터 양생된 콘크리트 제품을 용이하게 분리시키기 위해 사용되는 콘크리트 제품의 이형제 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a release agent for a concrete product used to easily separate the cured concrete product from a mold for molding a concrete product such as a fume pipe, a pile, a pole, and the like.

본 발명은 송진 80Kg을 경유 66ℓ와 혼합시켜 용기에 넣은 다음 100℃의 열을 가해 용해시키고, 계면활성제 8몰 20Kg을 용기에 넣고 30℃의 열로 용해 시킨후 계면활성제 40몰 1Kg을 혼합한 다음 TEA3Kg을 투입하여 충분히 희석시키며, 상기 용해시킨 용해액에 희석시킨 희석액을 넣어 서서히 식힌후에 메칠알콜 20ℓ를 투입하여 재차 희석을 시켜 이형제를 제조함으로써 이루어지는 것이다.In the present invention, 80Kg of rosin is mixed with 66 L of diesel oil, and put into a container, followed by dissolution by applying 100 ° C of heat. 상술한 이와같은 본 발명은 콘크리트 제품 공장에서 유성과 수용성으로 복합적으로 사용할 수가 있고 토목건축건설현장에서 종래 거푸집 판넬 박리제로 폐유를 사용하엿던것을 본 발명의 이형제를 사용하여 폐유로 인한 환경오염을 줄일수 있는 이점이 있는 것으로서, 본 발명의 이형제는 주형(Mold)으로부터 콘크리트제품을 간단히 탈형시킬 수 있고 탈형된 콘크리트제품은 표면처리가 매끈하게 양생되는 매우 우수한 효과가 있는 제품인 것이다.The present invention as described above can be used in combination with oil and water-soluble in concrete product factory, and used waste oil as a conventional formwork panel stripping agent in civil construction construction site to reduce the environmental pollution caused by waste oil by using the release agent of the present invention.
