Abstract

PURPOSE: A heater coil of a high voltage transformer is provided to reduce a production cost by obtaining a heater coil through a pressing of a metal plate, and improve work efficiency by wiring work of terminals. CONSTITUTION: A heater coil(100) of a high voltage transformer forms a square track shape to have a square hole at the center. The heater coil is formed by performing a pressing process with respect to a thin metal plate having a high conductivity. A wiring(102) of square track shape without connected portion is continuously formed at predetermined intervals while the metal plate forms a band shape because of the pressing process. The wiring is started at a side of the hole(103) and wound three or four times along the shape of the hole(103). By the pressing process, only the wiring(102) is left. The wiring(102) maintains a predetermined interval from an inside end part(104) where it is started to an outside end part(105) where it is terminated. The wiring has a similar shape to the hole(103) and wound three or four times.
