Description

화장용 지관{A paper coffin for cremation}Cosmetic Paper Tube {A paper coffin for cremation}

The present invention relates to a tube for restraining the dead of the dead, and more particularly to light weight and shock-resistant corrugated cardboard to produce a high combustibility at the time of cremation (burning) to minimize the rapid combustion and residue after combustion It is to provide a cosmetic paper tube which can be made.

The longevity of people who live after death includes earthen, water, wind, and cremation. In Korea, the earthen body is buried under the influence of Confucian culture. This occupies most of it.

However, in order to prevent the narrow land area from gradually becoming cemetery, governments and various organizations actively promote cremation culture. Due to the expansion of urban population and the difficulty of securing the graveyard site, the proportion of soil and cremation accounts for 6/4. have.

As is well known, cremation is to burn the tube where the body is placed to a high temperature, and after the combustion, the ashes of the deceased are turned into powder and stored in the ossuary, or sprinkled on yaya, lowering of the deceased.

However, general coffins that hold the body regardless of soil or cremation are made of wood. It is customary, but the coffins used to make wood coffins are imported from abroad and used according to the type of coffins and lacquers. There are many differences in their preference and purchase price.

In this case, unlike the clay, the makeup is burned at a time together with the deceased, so it can only play a role in transporting the body, but due to the material of the wood, it is inconvenient for the heavy weight and the material is combustible. In spite of the fact that it takes a little time to burn, there are many residues after combustion, and it is inconvenient to crush the ashes.

In addition, there is a custom to burn the body wood used in the janggu in the Jangji, and burial the body used in eungu with the clothes of the deceased.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, the object of the present invention is to produce a lightweight and shock-resistant corrugated cardboard produced by the high flammability at the time of make-up (flame) fast combustion and residue after combustion It is to provide a cosmetic paper tube so that it can be minimized.

Another object of the present invention is to compress the cardboard and various waste paper while manufacturing the reinforcement plate while bending the cardboard to form a space to hold the body to provide a rigid and low-weight tube to promote efficient recycling of resources It can be expected to burn quickly during cremation, and at the same time minimize the environmental pollution.

The present invention for achieving the above object by laminating the copper plate and the reinforcement plate on the inner / outer surface while bending the corrugated cardboard compressed to the upper body and the cover portion fixed to the upper portion of the main body so that the body can be placed It is characterized in that the tube is made integrally.

Fold along the curve 20 to form a branch pipe.

At this time, the copper plate 8 is laminated on the inside / outside of the wall surfaces 6 and 6a which are folded along the bend line 20, and the wall surfaces 6, 6a and the copper plate 8 are bonded to each other with an adhesive and are excellent in strength. The four sides of the neighboring four corners of the wall surfaces 6 and 6a are closely attached to each other to form an enclosure in which the space portion 16 in which the body is placed is formed.

In addition, the inner space of the main body 2 is folded and stored in the same manner as the main body 2 slightly inlay 10 than the thickness of the main body 2, the cushion material 12 and the bottom surface of the inlay 10 and The sheet 14 is laminated to cover the cover 4 to provide a branch pipe.

At this time, the cushion member 12a is installed inside the cover part 4 so as to be strong and excellent in strength.

In addition, the inlay 10 and the cover portion 4 drills the plurality of fixing holes 18 to coincide with each other so as to firmly fix the cover portion 4.

The present invention configured as described above forms a bent line 20 so that the main body 2 and the cover part 4 are selected from waste cardboard or various waste papers and compressed into a plate to have a proper thickness to be folded into a quadrangular enclosure. After cutting while being folded along this bend line 20, a quadrangular enclosure, that is, a branch pipe, is manufactured.

In this case, when the vertical wall surfaces 6 and 6a are bent, the copper plates 8 are stacked inside and outside to be integrated with an adhesive, and then the four corners are bonded to each other to manufacture the body 2 and the cover 4.

Thereafter, the inlay 10 is bent and built in the same manner as the main body 2, and then the cushioning material 12 and the sheet 14 may be laminated.

At this time, the outer surface of the body (2) and the cover (4) is painted by the pattern layer so as to maintain the texture, such as wood, so it is very easy to crush the ashes after combustion, and the body and rot easily at the time of burial You can also settle in.

As described above, the present invention reduces the economic burden due to excessive funeral costs by making the cosmetic tube made of corrugated paper or waste paper, and is light in weight, making it easier to burn, and the residue remains even after being burned better than burned wood. There is very little left and it is very easy to repair the ashes and it is effective to recycle environmentally friendly resources.
